Abstract
Objetivo: Evaluar el nivel de conocimiento sobre el parto humanizado en gestantes atendidas en el Centro de Salud Sunampe, Chincha, Perú, 2025. Metodología: Estudio de tipo básico, prospectivo y transversal; de nivel descriptivo y de diseño no experimental, la muestra fue de 123 gestantes que acuden al servicio de obstetricia para sus controles prenatales en el Centro de Salud Sunampe. Resultados: Dentro de las características sociodemográficas tenemos que el 82.1% tenían edades de 18 a 35 años, el 65.1% eran convivientes, el 56.1% tienen un nivel secundario; en cuanto a las características obstétricas el 39.8% son multíparas, el 47.1% tiene menos de 6 APN y el 51.2% no realiza sesiones de psicoprofilaxis. En cuanto a conocimiento sobre parto humanizado, el 79.7% tienen un nivel medio; en la dimensión generalidades del parto humanizado fue de nivel alto con un 51.2%, en la dimensión intervenciones realizadas en el parto humanizado fue de nivel medio con un 83.7% y en la dimensión derechos humanos, el 80.5% fue de nivel medio. Conclusiones: el nivel de conocimiento sobre el parto humanizado en gestantes atendidas en el Centro de Salud Sunampe, Chincha, Perú, 2025 fue de nivel medio.
Objective: To assess the level of knowledge about humane childbirth among pregnant women treated at the Sunampe Health Center in Chincha, Peru, 2025. Methodology: This was a basic, prospective, cross-sectional study with a descriptive approach and a non-experimental design. The sample consisted of 123 pregnant women attending the obstetrics service for prenatal checkups at the Sunampe Health Center. Results: Regarding sociodemographic characteristics, 82.1% were aged 18 to 35 years, 65.1% were cohabiting, and 56.1% had a secondary education. Regarding obstetric characteristics, 39.8% were multiparous, 47.1% had fewer than six ANCs, and 51.2% did not receive psychoprophylaxis sessions. Regarding knowledge about humane childbirth, 79.7% had an intermediate level; In the general aspects of humanized childbirth dimension, the level was high at 51.2%, in the interventions performed during humanized childbirth dimension, the level was medium at 83.7%, and in the human rights dimension, the level was medium at 80.5%.
