dc.description.abstractEl presente trabajo tuvo el objetivo de determinar las reacciones adversas a medicamentos antituberculosos en pacientes con tratamiento contra tuberculosis sensible de la región de Ica, durante el periodo comprendido entre los años 2018-2022. La muestra estuvo conformada por las 57 RAFAs reportadas durante el periodo de estudio, se empleó el programa estadístico SPSS V.20 para el análisis estadístico. El resultado que se obtuvo fue el siguiente: se reportó un 1.7% reacciones adversas a medicamentos antituberculosos. Los pacientes masculinos (61.4%) presentaron mayor frecuencia en los cuadros de RAFAs evaluados, en cuanto al grupo etario los pacientes en edades dentro de los 25 a 36 años (24.6%) presentaron la mayor frecuencia de reacciones adversas. El Tipo de reacción adversa a medicamentos antituberculosos más frecuente fue de tipo cutánea (49.12%), seguida de la tipo digestiva con 35.09%. Según la gravedad las reacciones adversas leves (52.63%) fueron las más frecuentes. El medicamento que presentó mayor frecuencia en la producción de RAFAS es isoniacida (43.9%), seguido de rifampicina y pirazinamida ambos con 22.8%. Con respecto a cuantos días de iniciado el tratamiento se presentaron las reacciones adversas el 45.6% de pacientes presentaron la sintomatología antes del día 20 de iniciado el tratamiento. Los datos recolectados pueden contribuir al escenario local en el conocimiento de esta enfermedad y el desarrollo de medidas que puedan combatirlas. ----- The objective of this work was to determine the adverse reactions to anti-tuberculosis drugs in patients receiving treatment for sensitive tuberculosis in the Ica region, during the period between 2018-2022. The sample was made up of the 57 RAFAs reported during the study period; the SPSS V.20 statistical program was used for statistical analysis. The result obtained was the following: 1.7% of adverse reactions to anti-tuberculosis medications were reported. Male patients (61.4%) presented a higher frequency in the RAFAs evaluated, in relation to the age group, patients between 25 and 36 years of age (24.6%) presented the highest frequency of adverse reactions. The most frequent type of adverse reaction to anti-tuberculosis drugs was cutaneous (49.12%), followed by digestive type with 35.09%. According to severity, mild adverse reactions (52.63%) were the most frequent. The drug that presented the highest frequency in the production of RAFAS is isoniazid (43.9%), followed by rifampicin and pyrazinamide, both with 22.8%. Regarding how many days after starting treatment, adverse reactions occurred, 45.6% of patients presented symptoms before day 20 after starting treatment. The data collected can contribute to the local scenario in the knowledge of this disease and the development of measures that can combat it.
