Rol de Cajas de Ahorro y Cumplimiento de Normas Legales en la Región Ica al año 2023

Abstract

La Tesis “ROL DE CAJAS DE AHORRO Y CUMPLIMIENTO DE NORMAS LEGALES EN LA REGIÓN ICA AL AÑO 2023” demuestra la relación entre las variables formuladas en el contexto y período de tiempo indicado. El estudio surge a partir de la necesidad de analizar cómo estas instituciones financieras desarrollan sus actividades dentro del marco normativo vigente y de qué manera el cumplimiento de dichas normas influye en su funcionamiento institucional. La investigación se desarrolló bajo un enfoque cuantitativo, de tipo básica y de nivel correlacional, debido a que se buscó analizar la relación entre las variables objeto de estudio. La población estuvo conformada por participantes vinculados al funcionamiento de las cajas de ahorro en la región Ica. Para la recolección de información se empleó la técnica de la encuesta, utilizando como instrumento un cuestionario estructurado que permitió obtener datos relacionados con las dimensiones e indicadores de las variables analizadas Los resultados evidenciaron que existe una relación significativa entre el rol de las cajas de ahorro y el cumplimiento de las normas legales en la región Ica al año 2023. Asimismo, se comprobó que el rol económico y el rol financiero de estas instituciones se relacionan con el cumplimiento de las disposiciones legales vinculadas a la recuperación de créditos mediante la ejecución de garantías y el ajuste de deudas. En conclusión, el cumplimiento de las normas legales constituye un elemento fundamental para el adecuado funcionamiento de las cajas de ahorro, ya que contribuye a fortalecer la transparencia de las operaciones financieras, la confianza de los usuarios y el desarrollo del sistema financiero en el ámbito regional.

The Thesis "ROLE OF SAVINGS BANKS AND COMPLIANCE WITH LEGAL REGULATIONS IN THE ICA REGION BY 2023" demonstrates the relationship between the variables formulated in the context and period of time indicated. This study arises from the need to examine how these financial institutions develop their activities within the current regulatory framework and how compliance with legal regulations influences their institutional performance. The research was developed under a quantitative approach, of basic type and correlational level, since it sought to analyze the relationship between the variables under study. The population consisted of participants linked to the operation of savings banks in the Ica region. Data collection was conducted through the survey technique, using a structured questionnaire as the research instrument. This instrument allowed the collection of information related to the dimensions and indicators established for the variables analyzed in the study. The results showed that there is a significant relationship between the role of savings banks and compliance with legal regulations in the Ica region in 2023. Likewise, the findings indicate that the economic and financial roles of these institutions are related to compliance with legal provisions associated with credit recovery processes through the execution of guarantees and debt adjustment mechanisms. In conclusion, compliance with legal regulations represents a fundamental factor for the proper functioning of savings banks, as it strengthens transparency in financial operations, reinforces users’ trust in financial institutions, and contributes to the development and stability of the financial system at the regional level
