Resumen
El objetivo fue establecer la relación entre la prueba anticipada y los delitos comunes, en el Distrito Judicial de Ica, 2024. Metodología fue de tipo aplicada, el diseño no experimental, población 38002 y la muestra de 342. Resultados el 6.4% de los encuestados señalaron que están totalmente en desacuerdo, el 20.2% en desacuerdo, el 14.6% ni de acuerdo, ni en desacuerdo, el 27.8% de acuerdo y el 31.0% totalmente de acuerdo. Esto se debe a que en la culpabilidad se debe de tener en cuenta las circunstancias o condiciones en que éste se ha desarrollado y las personales del autor, basándose en pruebas estadísticas respaldadas por un nivel de confianza del 95%, hay una correlación entre la prueba anticipada y los delitos comunes en el Distrito Judicial de Ica. Conclusión la prueba anticipada y los delitos comunes en el Distrito Judicial de Ica, seda más allá de la confesión, ya que además de aceptar los cargos imputados, también se expresa conforme a la reparación civil y la pena privativa que se le va a imponer donde el acusado solo podrá aceptar los cargos imputados, dejando a discusión lo relacionado con la pena y la reparación.
The objective was to establish the relationship between early evidence and common crimes in the Judicial District of Ica, 2024. The methodology was applied, the design was non-experimental, the population was 38,002, and the sample was 342. The results were: 6.4% of respondents indicated that they strongly disagree, 20.2% disagreed, 14.6% neither agreed nor disagreed, 27.8% agreed, and 31.0% strongly agreed. This is because the culpability must take into account the circumstances or conditions in which it was developed and the personal conditions of the perpetrator. Based on statistical evidence supported by a 95% confidence level, there is a correlation between early evidence and common crimes in the Judicial District of Ica. Conclusion: preliminary evidence and common crimes in the Judicial District of Ica go beyond confession, since in addition to accepting the charges, it also expresses its opinion on the civil reparation and the custodial sentence that will be imposed. The accused may only accept the charges, leaving matters related to the penalty and reparation open to discussion.
