Derecho a alimentos y desarrollo integral de Jóvenes mayores de 20 años, en la provincia de Ica al 2022

Abstract

La Tesis “DERECHO A ALIMENTOS Y DESARROLLO INTEGRAL DE JOVENES MAYORES DE 20 AÑOS, EN LA PROVINCIA DE ICA AL 2022” demuestra la estrecha relación que hay entre el apoyo con los alimentos que brinda el progenitor responsable y el desarrollo social, psicológico de los hijos que a pesar de la edad se encuentran realizando sus estudios superiores, otros han concluido y se encuentran gestionando sus Grados de Bachilleres, Títulos Profesionales para poder ejercer la profesión estudiada. Se han considerado desde el punto de vista normativo legal: Constitución Política de 1993; la Ley 30220, Ley Universitaria, Estatuto de la UNICA y otras normas conexas como la Resolución Rectoral 029-2021-R, Líneas de Investigación de la UNICA; la Resolución Rectoral 048-2021-R, Reglamento de Grados y Títulos de la UNICA y la Resolución Rectoral 1320 del 08 de julio 2021, Guía para la elaboración del Proyecto de Tesis, Informe Final de Tesis, respetando el Esquema para Tesis además de lo normado en el Programa Académico de Derecho. En el proceso de recolección de datos se recurrió a la Técnica de la Encuesta y a los instrumentos: Cuestionario sobre Derecho a Alimentos; Cuestionario sobre Desarrollo Integral de jóvenes mayores de 20 años. De los resultados obtenidos se deduce que, Entre derecho a la educación y desarrollo social en jóvenes mayores de 18 años de la Provincia de Ica al año 2022, existe una relación muy estrecha; Entre derecho al sustento y desarrollo psicológico de jóvenes mayores de 18 años de la Provincia de Ica al año 2022 existe una relación muy importante.

The thesis "RIGHT TO FOOD AND INTEGRAL DEVELOPMENT OF YOUNG PEOPLE OVER 20 YEARS OF AGE, IN THE PROVINCE OF ICA TO 2022" demonstrates the close relationship between support with food provided by the responsible parent and the social, psychological development of children who, despite their age, are doing their higher education, others have concluded and are managing their Bachelor's Degrees, Professional Titles to be able to exercise the profession studied. The following have been considered from the legal normative point of view: Political Constitution of 1993; Law 30220, University Law, Statute of UNICA and other related regulations such as Rectoral Resolution 029-2021-R, Research Lines of UNICA; the Rectoral Resolution 048-2021-R, Regulation of Degrees and Titles of the UNICA and the Rectoral Resolution 1320 of July 8, 2021, Guide for the elaboration of the Thesis Project, Final Thesis Report, respecting the Scheme for Thesis in addition to what is regulated in the Academic Program of Law. In the data collection process, the Survey Technique and the following instruments were used: Questionnaire on the Right to Food; Questionnaire on Integral Development of young people over 20 years of age. From the results obtained, it can be deduced that, Between the right to education and social development in young people over 18 years of age in the Province of Ica by 2022, there is a very close relationship; Between the right to sustenance and psychological development of young people ove
