Influencia de un aplicativo móvil para mejorar la difusión de información turística en el distrito de Paracas - Ica

Abstract

El proyecto titulado "INFLUENCIA DE UN APLICATIVO MÓVIL PARA MEJORAR LA DIFUSIÓN DE INFORMACIÓN TURÍSTICA EN EL DISTRITO DE PARACAS - ICA" tuvo como objetivo principal desarrollar y evaluar un aplicativo móvil destinado a mejorar la difusión de la información turística en el distrito de Paracas, ubicado en la región de Ica, Perú. Este desarrollo surge como respuesta a la necesidad de modernizar y optimizar la manera en que se distribuye la información turística, aprovechando las ventajas de la tecnología móvil para ofrecer a los turistas una herramienta accesible y eficiente; La metodología utilizada en el proyecto incluye un enfoque cuantitativo y un diseño de investigación experimental que permite medir el impacto del aplicativo en la experiencia turística. El desarrollo del software se llevó a cabo utilizando la metodología ágil Scrum, que facilitó la adaptación a los requerimientos específicos del proyecto. Durante el proceso de investigación, se definieron y analizaron conceptos clave relacionados con la difusión de información turística, y se realizó una comparación de metodologías para seleccionar la más adecuada. La aplicación desarrollada fue sometida a pruebas de usabilidad y calidad, demostrando una mejora significativa en la eficiencia de la difusión de información turística. Los resultados obtenidos sugieren que la implementación del aplicativo móvil en Paracas puede incrementar la calidad de la información proporcionada a los turistas, mejorar su experiencia y fomentar un mayor uso de la tecnología en la promoción de destinos turísticos.

The project titled "INFLUENCE OF A MOBILE APPLICATION TO IMPROVE THE DISSEMINATION OF TOURIST INFORMATION IN THE DISTRICT OF PARACAS - ICA" had as its main objective to develop and evaluate a mobile application aimed at improving the dissemination of tourist information in the district of Paracas, located in the Ica region, Peru. This development arises in response to the need to modernize and optimize the way in which tourist information is distributed, taking advantage of the advantages of mobile technology to offer tourists an accessible and efficient tool; The methodology used in the project includes a quantitative approach and an experimental research design that allows measuring the impact of the application on the tourist experience. The software development was carried out using the agile Scrum methodology, which facilitated adaptation to the specific requirements of the project. During the research process, key concepts related to the dissemination of tourist information were defined and analyzed, and a comparison of methodologies was carried out to select the most appropriate one. The developed application was subjected to usability and quality tests, demonstrating a significant improvement in the efficiency of the dissemination of tourist information. The results obtained suggest that the implementation of the mobile application in Paracas can increase the quality of the information provided to tourists, improve their experience and encourage greater use of technology in the promotion of tourist destinations.
