Criminalización de la protesta social y gobernanza en el Perú, años 2018-2022

Abstract

La Tesis GOBERNANZA “CRIMINALIZACIÓN DE LA PROTESTA SOCIAL Y EN EL PERÚ, AÑOS 2018-2022” tuvo como objetivo demostrar la relación entre las variables planteadas en el contexto y período de tiempo indicado. Para su realización se tuvo en consideración: la Constitución Política del Perú de 1993; la Ley 30220, Ley Universitaria; el Estatuto de la UNICA; la Resolución Rectoral 029-2021-4, Líneas de Investigación UNICA; la Resolución Rectoral 048-2021-R, Reglamento de Grados y Títulos de la UNICA y la Resolución Rectoral 1320-2021-R, Guía para la Elaboración del Proyecto, Informe Final de Tesis UNICA. En el proceso de recolección de datos se recurrió a la Técnica de la Encuesta y a la Técnica del Análisis Documental y a los instrumentos de recojo de datos: Cuestionario sobre Criminalización de la Protesta; Guía de Análisis Documental. De los resultados obtenidos se deduce que, entre uso de la represión por parte de la policía nacional y participación de la sociedad civil en el Perú, años 2018-2022, se da una relación muy significativa; entre persecución selectiva y cumplimiento de acuerdos en el Perú, años 2018-2022, se produce una relación muy estrecha. The Thesis "CRIMINALIZATION OF SOCIAL PROTEST AND GOVERNANCE IN PERU, YEARS 2018-2022" aimed to demonstrate the relationship between the variables raised in the context and time period indicated. The following were taken into consideration: the Political Constitution of Peru of 1993; Law 30220, University Law; the Statute of UNICA; Rectoral Resolution 029 2021-4, UNICA Research Lines; the Rectoral Resolution 048-2021-R, Regulations of Degrees and Titles of the UNICA and the Rectoral Resolution 1320-2021-R, Guide for the Preparation of the Project, Final Report of the UNICA Thesis. In the data collection process, the Survey Technique and the Documentary Analysis Technique were used, as well as the data collection instruments: Questionnaire on the Criminalization of Protest; Document Analysis Guide. From the results obtained, it can be deduced that there is a very significant relationship between the use of repression by the national police and the participation of civil society in Peru, years 2018-2022; There is a very close relationship between selective persecution and compliance with agreements in Peru, years 2018-2022.
