dc.description.abstractEl objetivo de esta tesis fue determinar la incidencia de la Covid-19 en la transformación de restaurantes del distrito de Ica en el año 2020. La tesis fue de tipo básico, el nivel de investigación fue descriptivo y diseño correlacional, se utilizó como instrumento el cuestionario de preguntas, la población fue 89 862 ciudadanos y la muestra fue 383 personas. Se logró evidenciar que, el 51% de personas si ha frecuentado algún restaurante del distrito de Ica en los tiempos de Covid-19, aunque no lo hacen con la frecuencia que lo hacía antes de la pandemia (73%), por motivos de seguridad (60%) y otros por motivos económicos (24%), estos restaurantes algunas veces han aplicado correctamente las medidas de bioseguridad (42%) y otros lo aplicaron siempre (39%); el 40% prefieren consumir en los restaurantes mediante la atención de delivery del propio restaurante, siendo este el consumo más seguro; el 67% indicó que el restaurante que frecuenta si ha tenido algunas transformaciones por el Covid-19; el 78% consideró positiva la transformación del restaurante de su preferencia; el 42% opinó que la transformación más resaltante del restaurante frecuentado fueron los protocolos de bioseguridad. El 67% consideró que el restaurante frecuentado si tuvo algunas transformaciones por la Covid-19, el 56% señaló que el restaurante si les brindó una atención de calidad que respondió a sus expectativas y se identificó la satisfacción del cliente en la transformación de restaurantes. ----- The objective of this thesis was to determine the incidence of Covid-19 in the transformation of restaurants in the Ica district in 2020. The thesis was of a basic type, the research level was descriptive and correlational design, the questionnaire was used as an instrument, the population was 89 862 citizens and the sample was 96 people. It was possible to show that 51% of people have frequented a restaurant in the district of Ica in the times of Covid-19, although they do not do so as often as they did before the pandemic (73%), for security reasons (60%) and others for economic reasons (24%), these restaurants have sometimes applied biosafety measures correctly (42%) and others always applied it (39%); 40% prefer to consume in restaurants through the delivery service of the restaurant itself, this being the safest ;67% indicated that the restaurant they frequent has had some transformations due to Covid19; 78% considered the transformation of the restaurant of their choice positive; 42% believed that the most outstanding transformation of the frequented restaurant was the biosafety protocols. 67% considered that the restaurant they frequented had some transformations due to Covid-19, 56% indicated that the restaurant did provide them with quality service that responded to their expectations and customer satisfaction was identified in the transformation of restaurants.
