Implementación y mejoramiento del sistema de operación de izaje de grúas pescantes en el área de mantenimiento talleres 3420 de la minera Southern Perú, Toquepala 2022

Abstract

El presente informe tuvo como objetivo principal implementar y mejorar el sistema de operación de izaje de grúas pescantes en el área de mantenimiento talleres 3420, de la Minera Southern Perú, Toquepala 2022. Se implementó a través de la empresa MYV COMEIMPRO SAC la grúa pescante mediante el diseño del producto con el programa AutoCAD, cálculos estructurales desarrollados mediante la norma Crane Manufacturers Association of America (CMAA), American Society for Testing and Materials (ASTM F3125) y American Institute of Steel Construction (AISC); posterior a ello, se inició con la fabricación, montaje, pruebas de carga y funcionamiento para verificar que la grúa cumpliera con los requisitos previamente mencionados. Los resultados demuestran que tuvo un ahorro significativo ascendente al medio millón de soles, tanto es así que la producción mejoró por contar con nuevos sistemas de izaje, el cual también redujo incidentes de daños a la propiedad y a trabajadores del área. Con estos resultados se ha llegado a la conclusión que la implementación y mejora del sistema de operación de izaje mediante grúas pescantes influyó positivamente en la operación, seguridad en el trabajo y respuesta de entrega de equipos por mantenimiento que ha sido desarrollado en el presente informe.

The main objective of this report was to implement and improve the hoisting operation system of jib cranes in the maintenance area, workshop 3420 of Minera Southern Peru, Toquepala 2022. The davit crane was implemented through the company MYV COMEIMPRO SAC by designing the product with the AutoCAD program, structural calculations developed using the Crane Manufacturers Association of America (CMAA), American Society for Testing and Materials (ASTM F3125) and American Institute of Steel Construction (AISC) standards; after that, the manufacturing, assembly, load, and operation tests were started to verify that the crane complied with the requirements. The results show that there were significant savings amounting to half a million soles, so much so that production improved by having new hoisting systems, which also reduced incidents of damage to property and workers in the area. With these results, it has been concluded that the implementation and improvement of the hoisting operation system using davit cranes had a positive influence on the operation, work safety and equipment delivery response for maintenance that has been developed in this report.
