Conocimiento y actitud sobre lonchera saludable en madre de Institución Educativa N°14 Mercedes Dibos de Camino, Ica - 2025

Abstract

El presente trabajo de investigación tuvo como objetivo determinar la relación entre el conocimiento y actitud sobre lonchera saludable en madres de Institución Educativa Inicial N°14 Mercedes Dibós de Camino, Ica - 2025; para ello se realizó un estudio de naturaleza correlacional, básica, no experimental, transversal y prospectiva. Participando 98 madres de niños preescolares de la Institución Educativa Inicial N°14 Mercedes Dibós de Camino. Se utilizó como instrumento un cuestionario donde se registró conocimiento y actitudes sobre Loncheras Saludables. Para el análisis estadístico se utilizó la prueba de Kolmogorov-Smirnov no presentando una distribución normal p (<0.001) y la prueba de Rho de Spearman (Rho = 0.320; p = 0.001). Los resultados mostraron que existe relación significativa entre los conocimientos y la actitud respecto a la lonchera saludable en las 98 madres participantes. Se observa que el 64.3% presenta actitudes favorables, de los cuales a lo referente al conocimiento el 30.6% es alto y el 26.5% es medio, mientras que solo un 7.1% tiene bajo conocimiento. En contraste, el 35.7% manifiesta actitudes desfavorables, destacando que un 14.3% de ellos presenta bajo conocimiento, lo que evidencia una tendencia que las actitudes negativas se asocien más con menor nivel de conocimiento. Concluyendo que existe relación significativa entre conocimiento de la lonchera y la actitud sobre lonchera saludable en madres de Institución Educativa Inicial N°14 Mercedes Dibós de Camino, Ica – 2025 (Rho = 0.320; p = 0.000).

The objective of this research project was to determine the relationship between knowledge and attitudes about healthy lunchboxes among mothers at the Mercedes Dibós de Camino Preschool No. 14 in Ica - 2025. To this end, a correlational, basic, non-experimental, cross-sectional, and prospective study was conducted. Ninety-eight mothers of preschool children from the Mercedes Dibós de Camino Early Education Institution No. 14 participated. A questionnaire was used as an instrument to record knowledge about healthy lunchboxes and attitudes towards healthy lunchboxes. For statistical analysis, the Kolmogorov-Smirnov test was used, which did not show a normal distribution p (0.000), and Spearman's Rho test (Rho = 0.320; p = 0.001). The results showed the knowledge and attitudes regarding healthy lunchboxes in a total of 98 participants. It was observed that 64.3% had favourable attitudes, of which the majority had a high (30.6%) or medium (26.5%) level of knowledge, while only 7.1% with a favourable attitude had low knowledge. In contrast, 35.7% expressed unfavourable attitudes, with 14.3% of them having low knowledge, which shows a tendency for negative attitudes to be more associated with lower levels of knowledge. Concluding that there is a significant relationship between knowledge of lunchboxes and attitudes towards healthy lunchboxes among mothers at Educational Institution No. 14 Mercedes Dibós de Camino, Ica – 2025 (Rho = 0.320; p = 0.000).
