Delito de Feminicidio y Afectación Psicológica en mujeres violentadas en la cuidad de Ica, año 2022

Abstract

El estudio buscó determinar la relación entre el delito de feminicidio y la afectación psicológica en mujeres violentadas en la ciudad de Ica en el año 2022. Asimismo, incumbió a una investigación básica, correlacional, cuantitativa, no experimental, conformando la muestra por 208 mujeres que han efectuado denuncias por violencia en contra de la mujer, 2 jueces y 2 fiscales de familia, igualmente, se consideró la aplicación de un cuestionario. Además, los resultados revelaron que el 82.7% calificó en rango medio el delito de feminicidio y el 81.7% calificó en nivel medio la afectación psicológica, del mismo modo, la dimensión delito autónomo mostró una relación significativa respecto a la afectación psicológica con la significancia <0.05 y una asociación positiva considerable de 0.785, mientras que, la dimensión causas que origina la conducta delictiva, al igual que la dimensión circunstancias delictivas y agravantes, así como la dimensión posición doctrinal y jurisprudencial reflejaron una asociación significativa frente a la afectación psicológica con una significancia <0.05 y con los valores de 0.712, 0.703 y 0.715 respectivamente evidenciaron una asociación positiva media. Concluyendo que, el delito de feminicidio mostró una relación significativa ante la afectación psicológica mediante una significancia <0.05, mientras que, con un valor de 0.819 reflejaron una asociación positiva considerable. The study sought to determine the relationship between the crime of femicide and the psychological affectation in women raped in the city of Ica in 2022. Likewise, it was responsible for a basic, correlational, quantitative, non-experimental investigation, forming the sample by 208 women who have made complaints of violence against women, 2 judges and 2 family prosecutors, also, the application of a questionnaire was considered. In addition, the results revealed that 82.7% qualified the crime of femicide in the middle range and 81.7% qualified the psychological affectation in the medium level, in the same way, the autonomous crime dimension showed a significant relationship with respect to the psychological affectation with the significance <0.05 and a considerable positive association of 0.785, while the causes dimension that originates criminal conduct, as well as the dimension of criminal and aggravating circumstances, as well as the doctrinal and jurisprudential position dimension reflected a significant association against psychological affectation with a significance <0.05 and with the values of 0.712, 0.703 and 0.715 respectively showed a mean positive association. Concluding that, the crime of femicide showed a significant relationship to the psychological affectation through a significance <0.05, while, with a value of 0.819 they reflected a considerable positive association.
