Ansiedad y estrés laboral en trabajadores del Centro de Salud de Chincha Baja, en el contexto de la Pandemia Covid-19, Año 2021

Abstract

OBJETIVO: establecer el grado de relación existente entre la ansiedad y el estrés laboral, en trabajadores del centro de salud de Chincha Baja, en el contexto de la pandemia COVID-19, durante el año 2021. METODOLOGIA: La investigación fue de tipo cuantitativo y correlacional. El diseño utilizado fue no experimental –transeccional. Se utilizó la técnica de encuesta y los instrumentos fueron el Test de ansiedad de Zung e Inventario de Burnout de Maslach. Se aplicó encuestas a 31 trabajadores. Para el procesamiento y análisis de datos se utilizó la estadística descriptiva y para la prueba de hipótesis se utilizó estadística inferencial. Como parte de la estadística inferencial se aplicó la prueba no paramétrica Rho de Spearman. RESULTADOS: Los resultados descriptivos señalan que el nivel de ansiedad que presentan los trabajadores es bajo, el mismo nivel presentan para estrés laboral. CONCLUSIÓN: Se estableció que existe correlación positiva media entre la ansiedad y el estrés laboral de los trabajadores. El coeficiente del Rho de Pearson, establece relación de 0,477 y el coeficiente de variabilidad (r2 = 0,227), por lo que se tiene que el estrés laboral está determinado en un 22,7% por la ansiedad en los trabajadores del centro de salud de Chincha Baja, en el contexto de la pandemia COVID-19 durante el año 2021.

OBJECTIVE: to establish the degree of relationship between anxiety and work stress in workers at the Chincha Baja health center, in the context of the COVID-19 pandemic, during 2021. METHODOLOGY: The research was quantitative and correlational. The design used was non-experimental –translational. The survey technique was used and the instruments were the Zung Anxiety Test and Maslach's Burnout Inventory. Surveys were applied to 31 workers. Descriptive statistics were used for data processing and analysis and inferential statistics were used for hypothesis testing. As part of the inferential statistics, Spearman's non-parametric Rho test was applied. RESULTS: The descriptive results indicate that the level of anxiety presented by workers is low, the same level presented for work stress. CONCLUSION: It was established that there is a mean positive correlation between anxiety and work stress of workers. Pearson's Rho coefficient establishes a relationship of 0.477 and the coefficient of variability (r2 = 0.227), so it is necessary that work stress is determined by 22.7% by anxiety in workers at the Chincha Baja health center, in the context of the COVID-19 pandemic during 2021.
