Centro cultural y de servicios turísticos en Huacachina - Ica

Abstract

Huacachina es uno de los principales destinos turísticos del Perú, visitada mayormente por turistas nacionales. Ofrece una variedad de servicios como hoteles, restaurantes y actividades que conectan a los visitantes con la naturaleza y los deportes de aventura. Sin embargo, existen deficiencias que perjudican la economía local y los atributos propios del AUM1 . La presente tesis desarrolla un proyecto arquitectónico bajo la perspectiva del regionalismo critico 2 que permite mejorar la oferta de servicios culturales y turísticos influyendo en la conservación del patrimonio paisajístico y monumental de Huacachina. Se integra actividades turísticas, culturales y recreativas, respetando el paisaje y valorando la historia del lugar. La metodología utilizada es descriptiva y cualitativa, con un análisis urbano - arquitectónico que incorpora criterios específicos del AUMH3 enmarcado en el desarrollo sostenible. Se emplean herramientas como AutoCAD, Revit, Photoshop, junto con documentos bibliográficos y técnicos, cumpliendo con la normativa vigente y adaptándose a las necesidades del usuario. El proyecto representa una oportunidad para impulsar el desarrollo regional, respetando el patrimonio local y alineándolo con principios de sostenibilidad.Huacachina is one of the main tourist destinations in Peru, visited mostly by national tourists. It offers a variety of services such as hotels, restaurants and activities that connect visitors with nature and adventure sports. However, there are deficiencies that harm the local economy and the attributes of the AUMH. This thesis develops an architectural project from the perspective of critical regionalism that allows improving the offer of cultural and tourist services influencing the conservation of the landscape and monumental heritage of Huacachina. Tourist, cultural and recreational activities are integrated, respecting the landscape and valuing the history of the place. The methodology used is descriptive and qualitative, with an urban-architectural analysis that incorporates specific criteria of the AUMH framed in sustainable development. Tools such as AutoCAD, Revit, Photoshop are used, along with bibliographic and technical documents, complying with current regulations and adapting to the needs of the user. The project represents an opportunity to promote regional development, respecting local heritage and aligning it with sustainability principles.
