There are diverse the charitable potentials that bokashi offers the use of the organic credit to the culture of maize in his growth and development, it helps to improve and support the physical and chemical properties of soil, facilitating the aeration, absorption of dampness and the leaked one of macronutrients, also it favors the increase of the activity macro and microbiological of the land, at the same time as it stimulates the uniform and abundant development of the radical system of the plants as well as of his symbiotic activity with the microbiology of the rizosfera; in such a reason, the aim of the investigation is to determine if growth and development of Zea mays L exists variety dwelt with the application of prepared of bokashi To and B. 8 samplings were executed every 15 days during the cycle fenológico of the culture, from February to August, 2018, in each one there were obtained five plants of random form for his later determination paramétrica. The material of study was composed by plants of Zea mays L, 10kg of prepared To and 10kg of prepared B. the following methods were needed; Index of relative growth, test of germination, system and density of sowing, tillage, fertilization, system of irrigation, capture of sample, was asked of the test ANOVA and Duncan from 95 % of confidence to be able to determine the significant difference in the growth and development of maize " variety dwelt ". The result of the analysis paramétrico showed that if growth and development exists in the different organs of the species in study. One concludes across the statistician of DUNCAN that, if significant difference exists between prepared of bokashi To and B and witness, in length, width, fresh and dry weight; of root, stem, entrenudo, pod, laminates to foliate, as well as for the number of leaves and ears for plant. The best results were obtained by the bokashi B followed of To and witness.
