Situación de menores de edad de 14 años y reconocimiento de hijos en la legislación civil actual en la provincia de Ica

Abstract

En la actualidad hay diversas situaciones de menores de edad de 14 años que tiene problemas para que sus padres otorguen el reconocimiento de hijos en la legislación civil actual en todo contexto y nivel socioeconómico. Cuyo objetivo fue analizar la relación que existe entre la situación de menores de edad de 14 años y reconocimiento de hijos en la legislación civil actual en la provincia de Ica- 2020. La metodología fue cuantitativa de tipo aplicada. El nivel de esta investigación es correlacional. Se considera que la investigación sigue un diseño descriptivo correlacional. La población fueron 60 de las madres de los alimentistas que tienen proceso en la corte superior de Ica específicamente el juzgado de familia. Se elaboró dos instrumentos de acuerdo a la técnica que fue la encuesta. Un cuestionario sobre situación de menores de edad de 14 años y reconocimiento de hijos en la legislación civil actual en la provincia de Ica. Los resultados que señalan que conforme con el análisis inferencial demostrado en los hallazgos, se demuestra que existe relación significativa entre la situación de menores de edad de 14 años y el reconocimiento de hijos en la legislación civil actual en la provincia de Ica- 2020. Esta relación obtuvo un coeficiente de Rho Spearman regular de 0,432.Currently there are various situations of minors under the age of 14 who have problems for their parents to grant recognition of their children in current civil legislation in every context and socioeconomic level. Whose objective was to analyze the relationship that exists between the situation of minors under the age of 14 and recognition of children in the current civil legislation in the province of Ica-2020. The methodology was quantitative of the applied type. The level of this research is correlational. It is considered that the research follows a descriptive correlational design. The population was 60 of the mothers of the obligee who have a process in the superior court of Ica specifically the family court. Two instruments were elaborated according to the technique that was the survey. A questionnaire on the situation of minors under 14 years of age and recognition of children in current civil legislation in the province of Ica. The results that indicate that according to the inferential analysis demonstrated in the findings, it is shown that there is a significant relationship between the situation of minors under 14 years of age and the recognition of children in the current civil legislation in the province of Ica-2020. This relationship obtained a regular Rho Spearman coefficient of 0.432.
