Procedimiento administrativo sancionador especial y tránsito terrestre en el Perú al año 2023

Abstract

La Tesis “PROCEDIMIENTO ADMINISTRATIVO SANCIONADOR ESPECIAL Y TRÁNSITO TERRESTRE EN EL PERÚ AL AÑO 2023” tuvo como objetivo demostrar la relación entre las variables formuladas en el contexto y período de tiempo indicado. Para hacerla efectiva, desde el punto de vista legal se han tomado en cuenta: la Constitución Política del Perú de 1993; la Ley 30220, Ley Universitaria; Legislación relacionada a Procedimiento Administrativo Sancionador Especial el Estatuto de la UNICA; Normatividad Laboral; la Resolución Rectoral 029-2021-4, Líneas de Investigación UNICA; la Resolución Rectoral 048-2021-R, Reglamento de Grados y Títulos de la UNICA y la Resolución Rectoral 1320-2021-R, Guía para la Elaboración del Proyecto, Informe Final de Tesis UNICA. En el proceso de recolección de datos se recurrió a la Técnica de la Encuesta y los instrumentos de recojo de datos: Cuestionario sobre Procedimiento Administrativo Sancionador Especial; Cuestionario sobre Tránsito Terrestre. De los resultados obtenidos se deduce que: entre la Fase Instructora del Procedimiento Administrativo Sancionador Especial y tránsito terrestre de personas en el Perú al año 2023, existe una relación muy estrecha; entre la Fase Ejecutora del Procedimiento Administrativo Sancionador Especial y tránsito terrestre de mercancías en el Perú al año 2023, existe una relación muy importante.

The Thesis "SPECIAL SANCTIONING ADMINISTRATIVE PROCEDURE AND LAND TRANSIT IN PERU TO THE YEAR 2023" aimed to demonstrate the relationship between the variables formulated in the context and period of time indicated. To make it effective, from the legal point of view, the following have been taken into account: the Political Constitution of Peru of 1993; Law 30220, University Law; Legislation related to the Special Administrative Sanctioning Procedure the Statute of UNICA; Labor Regulations; Rectoral Resolution 029-2021-4, UNICA Research Lines; Rectoral Resolution 048-2021-R, UNICA Degrees and Degrees Regulations and Rectoral Resolution 1320-2021-R, Guide for the Preparation of the Project, UNICA Final Thesis Report. In the data collection process, the Survey Technique and data collection instruments were used: Questionnaire on Special Sanctioning Administrative Procedure; Questionnaire on Land Transit. From the results obtained, it can be deduced that: between the Investigative Phase of the Special Sanctioning Administrative Procedure and land transit of persons in Peru to the year 2023, there is a very close relationship; between the Execution Phase of the Special Sanctioning Administrative Procedure and land transit of goods in Peru to the year 2023, there is a very important relationship.
