Framework y las habilidades de gestión de proyectos en estudiantes de una universidad pública del Perú, 2022

Abstract

La investigación realizada planteó como problema principal: ¿El Framework se relaciona con las habilidades de gestión de proyectos en estudiantes de la facultad de Ingeniería de Sistemas de la Universidad Nacional San Luis Gonzaga, 2022? A partir de lo anterior, se planteó como objetivo principal: Identificar cómo el Framework se relaciona con las habilidades de gestión de proyectos en estudiantes de la facultad de Ingeniería de Sistemas de la Universidad Nacional San Luis Gonzaga, 2022. La metodología del estudio fijó un tipo aplicado, de nivel correlacional y un diseño no experimental. La muestra fue integrada por 100 estudiantes de la facultad de Ingeniería de Sistemas de la Universidad Nacional “San Luis Gonzaga”. Los resultados del estudio presentaron para la variable Framework un 93.00% para la escala Alto y para la variable Habilidades de gestión de proyectos se presentó en un 97.00% en la escala Bueno. Por su parte, la comprobación de las hipótesis presentó un coeficiente Rho de Spearman de 0.411 y una significancia de 0.000. Por todo ello, se concluyó que, el Framework se relaciona con las habilidades de gestión de proyectos en estudiantes de la facultad de Ingeniería de Sistemas de la Universidad Nacional San Luis Gonzaga, 2022. The research carried out raised the main problem: Is the Framework related to project management skills in students of the Faculty of Systems Engineering of the National University San Luis Gonzaga, 2022? Based on the above, the main objective was: Identify how the Framework relates to project management skills in students of the Faculty of Systems Engineering of the National University San Luis Gonzaga, 2022. The methodology of the study established a applied type, correlational level and a non-experimental design. The sample was made up of 100 students from the Faculty of Systems Engineering of the National University “San Luis Gonzaga”. The results of the study presented 93.00% for the Framework variable on the High scale and 97.00% on the good scale for the Project Management Skills variable. For its part, the testing of the hypotheses presented a Spearman's Rho coefficient of 0.411 and a significance of 0.000. For all these reasons, it was concluded that the Framework is related to project management skills in students of the Faculty of Systems Engineering of the National University San Luis Gonzaga, 2022.
