Proteína C reactiva en proceso inflamatorio y diagnóstico en pacientes atendidos en un Hospital, 2023

Abstract

El presente trabajo tuvo como objetivo general determinar la relación de la presencia de la proteína reactiva C en el proceso inflamatorio de pacientes atendidos en un Hospital, 2023. La metodología fue de enfoque cuantitativo, descriptivo, observacional, transversal y la muestra en estudio fue de 120 pacientes que acudieron al Hospital. Los resultados mostraron que el 50.8% de los pacientes presentan una proteína C reactiva efectivo, el 37.5% muy efectivo, el 10.8% algo efectico y solo el 0.8% poco efectivo y el 58.3% de los pacientes presentan un diagnóstico de proceso inflamatorio adecuado, el 36.7% muy adecuado y el 5.0% algo adecuado. Así mismo, se logró determinar que existe relación de la proteína reactiva C y el proceso inflamatorio de pacientes atendidos en un Hospital, 2023 (p <0.05) y un coeficiente de correlación alto positivo de 0.809. También se logro determinar que existe relación de las dimensiones utilidad, presencia y afectación de la proteína reactiva C y el proceso inflamatorio de pacientes atendidos en un Hospital, 2023 (p <0.05). Concluyendo que existe relación de la proteína reactiva C y el proceso inflamatorio de pacientes atendidos en un Hospital, 2023. The general objective of this work was to determine the relationship of the presence of C-reactive protein in the inflammatory process of patients treated in a Hospital, 2023. The methodology was quantitative, descriptive, observational, transversal and the study sample was 120 patients who came to the Hospital. The results showed that 50.8% of patients have an effective C-reactive protein, 37.5% very effective, 10.8% somewhat effective and only 0.8% not very effective and 58.3% of patients have a diagnosis of an appropriate inflammatory process. 36.7% very suitable and 5.0% somewhat suitable. Likewise, it was determined that there is a relationship between C- reactive protein and the inflammatory process of patients treated in a Hospital, 2023 (p <0.05) and a high positive correlation coefficient of 0.809. It was also determined that there is a relationship between the dimensions utility, presence and impact of C-reactive protein and the inflammatory process of patients treated in a Hospital, 2023 (p <0.05). Concluding that there is a relationship between C-reactive protein and the inflammatory process in patients treated in a Hospital, 2023.
