Resumen
Determinar los factores asociados a la adherencia del tratamiento en pacientes con
tuberculosis (TB) sensible que acudieron al Centro de Salud Parcona – 2023. Material y
métodos: El estudio fue no experimental, cuantitativo, descriptivo observacional y de corte
transversal, la muestra estuvo determinada por 69 pacientes con TB sensible que llevaron
tratamiento en el Centro de Salud Parcona durante el año 2023. Resultados: En cuanto a los
factores sociodemográficos, no se adhirieron al tratamiento el 75% de jóvenes, el 85% del género
masculino, el 75% de convivientes, el 70% de los que tuvieron secundaria incompleta, el 75% de
desempleados y el 85% de los que no tenían antecedentes penales. En cuanto a los factores
patológicos, los que no se adhirieron al tratamiento fueron el 65% de los que tenían la enfermedad
por VIH, el 95% de los que no tenían diabetes, el 70% de los que si tuvieron TBC previamente y
el 55% de los que presentaron reacciones adversas. En cuanto a los hábitos nocivos, no se
adhirieron al tratamiento el 75% de consumidores de alcohol, el 65% de consumidores de tabaco
y el 50% de los consumidores de drogas. Conclusión: Los coeficientes muestran que ser adulto,
tener secundaria incompleta, tener reacciones adversas, consumir tabaco, alcohol y drogas, reduce
la probabilidad de adherirse al tratamiento, mientras que las personas que tienen la enfermedad
por VIH y TBC previamente aumentan la probabilidad de adherirse al tratamiento.
