Gestión de transferencias vehiculares y seguridad jurídica de la propiedad vehicular en el distrito de Ica, 2023

Abstract

La gestión de transferencias vehiculares y la seguridad jurídica son aspectos fundamentales en el ámbito del tránsito y transporte, especialmente en contextos donde se requiere un adecuado control y registro de la propiedad de los vehículos. La transferencia vehicular se refiere al desarrollo de procesos mediante el cual se transfiere la propiedad de un vehículo a un individuo a otro, donde implica una serie de trámites administrativos y legales. El estudio tiene como finalidad de determinar la relación entre la gestión de transferencias vehiculares y seguridad jurídica de la propiedad vehicular en el distrito de Ica, 2023. La metodología de tipo investigación básica y descriptiva con el enfoque cuantitativo, diseño no experimental de tipo descriptivo correlacional. Integrado por una población y muestra compuesta por 82 abogados litigantes en materia administrativa tomando como base el muestreo censal siendo esta la misma cantidad en ambos. Se utilizo la técnica de encuesta, para la primera variable gestión de transferencias vehiculares y un cuestionario para segunda variable seguridad jurídica de la propiedad vehicular. conforme a los resultados logrados mediante los análisis inferenciales, demostrando que la gestión de transferencias vehiculares tiene relación significativa con la seguridad jurídica de la propiedad vehicular en el distrito de Ica, 2023. El coeficiente de correlación Rho Spearman obtenido fue de 0,520.

The management of vehicle transfers and legal security are fundamental aspects in the field of traffic and transportation, especially in contexts where adequate control and registration of vehicle ownership is required. Vehicle transfer refers to the process by which ownership of a vehicle is transferred from one individual to another, which involves a series of administrative and legal procedures. This study aims to determine the relationship between the management of vehicle transfers and the legal security of vehicle ownership in the district of Ica, 2023. The methodology has a basic quantitative approach, this study was descriptive level. The non-experimental design of a descriptive correlational type. The population and sample were made up of 82 litigation lawyers in administrative matters based on census sampling, this being the same number in both. The technique used was the survey, Questionnaire on the management of vehicle transfers and Questionnaire on the legal security of vehicle ownership. According to the results obtained through inferential analysis, it is shown that the management of vehicle transfers has a significant relationship with the legal security of vehicle ownership in the district of Ica, 2023. The Rho Spearman correlation coefficient obtained was 0.520.
