El delito de violencia familiar y trastornos de salud mental en hijos en el distrito de Ica, año 2023

Abstract

La presente tesis tuvo como objetivo establecer la relación existente entre el delito de violencia familiar y trastornos de salud mental en hijos en el Distrito de Ica, año 2023. Para hacer realidad su desarrollo se han tomado en cuenta las siguientes normas legales: Constitución Política del Perú 1993, Ley Nª 30220, Ley Universitaria, la Resolución Rectoral 029-2021-R, Líneas de Investigación de la UNICA, la Resolución Rectoral 048-2021-R, Reglamento de Grados y Títulos de la UNICA, la Resolución Rectoral Nª1320 –R- UNICA- 2021, Guía para la elaboración de tesis, conforme los dispuesto por el Programa Académico de Derecho. Se recurrió a la técnica de la encuesta, comprendió 20 reactivos o ítems que fueron contestados por los integrantes de la muestra representativa seleccionada; fue objetiva y anónima. De los resultados obtenidos se deduce que entre el delito de violencia familiar y trastornos de salud mental en los hijos existe una relación significativa; La Ley 30364 para prevenir, sancionar y erradicar la violencia contra las mujeres y los integrantes del grupo familiar, tiene como objeto en su artículo 1, respecto de las víctimas refiere establecer mecanismos, medidas y políticas integrales de prevención, atención y protección, así como reparación del daño causado. The objective of this thesis was to establish the relationship between the crime of family violence and mental health disorders in children in the District of Ica, year 2023. To make its development a reality, the following legal regulations have been taken into account: Political Constitution of Peru 1993, Law No. 30220, University Law, Rectoral Resolution 029 2021-R, UNICA Research Lines, Rectoral Resolution 048-2021-R, UNICA Degrees and Degrees Regulations, Rectoral Resolution No. 1320 -R- UNICA- 2021, Guide for the preparation of theses, in accordance with the provisions of the Academic Program of Law. The survey technique was used, it included 20 reagents or items that were answered by the members of the selected representative sample; It was objective and anonymous. From the results obtained, it is deduced that there is a significant relationship between the crime of family violence and mental health disorders in children; Law 30364 to prevent, punish and eradicate violence against women and members of the family group, has as its object, in article 1, with respect to victims, establishing mechanisms, measures and comprehensive policies for prevention, care and protection, as well as repair of the damage caused.
