Función Notarial y Seguridad Jurídica en los contratos de Compra Venta Inmobiliaria en las Notarías del Distrito Judicial de Ica, 2022

Abstract

El estudio titulado “Función Notarial y Seguridad Jurídica en los contratos de Compra Venta Inmobiliaria en las Notarías del Distrito Judicial de Ica, 2022”, en las notarías del Distrito Judicial de Ica, se detecta que los clientes perciben falta de garantías y legalidad en los trámites inmobiliarios, debido a una inadecuada utilización de instrumentos legales. Ante ello, se contó con la finalidad de Determinar la relación entre la función notarial y la seguridad jurídica en los contratos de compraventa inmobiliaria en las notarías del Distrito Judicial de Ica, 2022. Del mismo modo, fue una investigación de tipo básica, con nivel correlacional, que también ostentó enfoque cuantitativo y diseño no experimental con una muestra de 30 notarios, aplicando la técnica encuesta. Además, los resultados consignaron que la dimensión principio de buena fe mostró una relación significativa frente a la seguridad jurídica con la obtención de una sigma menor a 0.050, igualmente, mediante un coeficiente de 0.737 demostraron una correlación positiva considerable, mientras que, la dimensión principio de legalidad reflejó una relación significativa ante la seguridad jurídica con una sigma inferior a 0.050, de igual manera, con un coeficiente de 0.781 revelaron una correlación positiva muy fuerte. Concluyendo que la variable función notarial se relacionó de forma significativa ante la seguridad jurídica con una sigma de 0.000, asimismo, con un valor de 0.826 evidenciaron una correlación de tipo positiva muy fuerte.

Furthermore, the results showed that the principle of good faith dimension showed a significant relationship with legal certainty with obtaining a sigma less than 0.050; likewise, through a coefficient of 0.737, they demonstrated a considerable positive correlation, while the principal dimension of legality reflected a significant relationship with legal certainty with a sigma less than 0.050, likewise, with a coefficient of 0.781 they revealed a very strong positive correlation. Concluding that the variable notarial function was significantly related to legal certainty with a sigma of 0.000, likewise, with a value of 0.826 they showed a very strong positive correlation.
