Resumen
El presente trabajo describe la participación del autor en el proyecto Diseño e
Implementación de una red de telecomunicaciones FTTH utilizando tecnología G-PON
desarrollado para el cliente Huawei.El proyecto en mención consistió desde el diseño de redes
de telecomunicaciones Fiber to the Home hasta la construcción de la planta de fibra óptica en
cuatro zonas específicas. En la provincia de Barranca, Lima - Perú, el proyecto enfrentó desafíos
como la resistencia de los residentes locales, quienes tenían preocupaciones sobre la instalación
de postes y posibles impactos en pistas y veredas. A pesar de esto, se buscó un mediador con
habilidades de persuasión para facilitar la continuidad del proyecto.
Además, se encontraron dificultades en los trámites municipales, y en los materiales, ya
que muchos de los necesarios para el proyecto no llegaron a tiempo. Se solicitó una extensión de
plazo, inicialmente denegada por la municipalidad, pero finalmente aceptada por la gestión
administrativa del proyecto.
Los objetivos del proyecto incluyeron el diseño y construcción de la red de
telecomunicaciones, mediciones microscópicas de los cables de fibra óptica y pruebas
bidireccionales IOLM. Los resultados de estas pruebas y mediciones fueron satisfactorios,
cumpliendo con los estándares y criterios de calidad establecidos.
El proyecto fue entregado a la Empresa Huawei del Perú dentro del tiempo previsto,
cumpliendo con los estándares de calidad en la construcción de redes de telecomunicaciones.
Como resultado, todo el equipo del proyecto recibió felicitaciones por parte del cliente.
This paper describes the author's participation in the project Design and Implementation of a FTTH telecommunications network using G-PON technology developed for the client Huawei. The project in question consisted from the design of Fiber to the Home telecommunications networks to the construction of the fiber optic plant in four specific areas. In the province of Barranca, Lima - Peru, the project faced challenges such as resistance from local residents, who had doubts about the installation of poles and possible impacts on roads and sidewalks. Despite this, a mediator with persuasion skills was sought to facilitate the continuity of the project. In addition, there were difficulties in the municipal procedures, and in the materials, since many of those necessary for the project did not arrive in a while. A deadline extension was requested, initially denied by the municipality, but finally accepted by the administrative management of the project. The objectives of the project include the design and construction of the telecommunications network, microscopic detection of fiber optic cables and bidirectional IOLM tests. The results of these tests and verified were satisfactory, complying with the established quality standards and criteria. The project was delivered to the Huawei Company of Peru within the scheduled time, complying with the quality standards in the construction of telecommunications networks. As a result, the entire project team received congratulations from the client.
