Resumen
La memoria de experiencia profesional se basa en el caso de estudio del proyecto de sistema de
tratamiento de aguas de la unidad minera San Rafael ubicado en el departamento de Puno y tiene
como objetivo realizar la planificación para la fase de ejecución del proyecto incluyendo un
análisis probabilístico de contingencia.
La planificación del proyecto toma como base los estándares internos de Minsur, propietario de
la unidad minera san Rafael. Para la programación del cronograma se ha aplicado el método de
ruta crítica (CPM), programación de abajo a arriba, y para el cálculo de la contingencia se aplicó
el método montecarlo mediante una simulación probabilística.
Como resultado de la planificación del proyecto se definió las estrategias para contratos,
adquisiciones, permisos, construcción y puesta en marcha. Así mismo, se estableció la fecha de
término probabilística del proyecto.
Finalmente, en el desarrollo de la planificación del proyecto, es posible identificar los riesgos e
incertidumbres que se puedan presentarse en la etapa de construcción, con el fin de cuantificarlos
y expresarlos en términos de contingencia para tener mayor confiabilidad en el término del
proyecto.
