Resumen
El estudio tuvo como finalidad determinar la efectividad de las visitas domiciliarias sobre el
conocimiento de las señales de alarma en gestantes del Centro de Salud de Pachacútec, 2024.
Además, tuvo como características metodológicas a un estudio de tipo aplicada, prospectiva,
transversal, de nivel descriptivo, con un diseño pre-experimental, donde se mantuvo una muestra
de 64 gestantes que asisten al centro de salud de Pachacútec, en el año 2024. Los resultados
señalaron que entro de las características sociodemográficas las edades fueron entre los 20-34 años
con un 60.9%, el 65.6% son amas de casa, el 84.4% tienen un nivel de estudios de secundaria, el
51.6% tiene un estado civil soltera y el 100% son peruanas. Con respecto a los datos gineco
obstétricos, el 46.9% han tenido 2 embarazos y el 51.6% tienen un hijo vivo. En cuanto al nivel de
conocimiento sobre signos de alarma el 53.1% obtuvo un nivel bajo antes de la charla educativa,
posterior a ello un 85.9% tuvo un nivel de conocimiento alto después de la charla educativa.
Finalmente se concluye las visitas domiciliarias son eficaces sobre el conocimiento de las señales
de alarma en gestantes del Centro de Salud de Pachacútec, 2024
The purpose of the study was to determine the effectiveness of home visits on the knowledge of warning signs in pregnant women at the Pachacutec Health Center, 2024. In addition, it had as methodological characteristics an applied, prospective, cross-sectional, descriptive level study, with a pre-experimental design, where a sample of 85 pregnant women who attend the Pachacútec health center was maintained, in the year 2024. The results indicated that among the sociodemographic characteristics the ages were between 20-34 years with 60.9%, 65.6% are housewives, 84.4% have a high school education level, 51.6% have a single marital status and 100% are Peruvian. Regarding the gynecological-obstetric data, 46.9% have had 2 pregnancies and 51.6% have a living child. Regarding the level of knowledge about warning signs, 53.1% had a low level before the educational talk, after that 85.9% had a high level of knowledge after the educational talk. Finally, it is concluded that home visits are effective in terms of knowledge of warning signs in pregnant women at the Pachacutec Health Center, 2024
