Resumen
OBJETIVO
Determinar el Cumplimiento de las Buenas prácticas de prescripción y dispensación en el
servicio de farmacia de dosis unitaria del Hospital Santa María del Socorro, Ica 2023
METODOLOGÍA
Tipo de investigación aplicada, descriptiva, prospectiva de corte transversal, con un diseño no
experimental. La población estuvo constituida por todas las recetas médicas del servicio de
farmacia de dosis unitaria siendo en su total 4190 recetas, se utilizó la fórmula para poblaciones
finitas obteniendo un total de 353 muestras.
RESULTADOS
Se observa que sólo el 24,07% de las recetas cumplen con las buenas prácticas de prescripción,
mientras que el 75,93% no lo cumplen, dentro de los cuales en el 95,19% de las recetas si se
cumplen con los datos del paciente, mientras que en los datos del paciente, datos del
medicamento y datos de la receta presentan un 0% de cumplimiento de las buenas prácticas de
prescripción, referente a las buenas prácticas de dispensación se cumple en un 83,28%, donde
observamos que se valida el 97,17% de las recetas, se realiza revisión del diagnóstico en el
99,16%, en el 99,16% se revisa el DCI, sólo en el 9,35% de las recetas se realiza la consulta de
dudas, se realiza la revisión de la firma del prescriptor en el 99,16% y el sello en el 95,76%.
CONCLUSIÓN
Respecto a las buenas prácticas de prescripción se concluye que en el 100% de las recetas no
cumple presentando al menos un error y en las buenas prácticas de dispensación al menos en el
90,65% de las recetas no se cumple presentando al menos un error.

RESULTS It is observed that only 24.07% of the prescriptions comply with good prescribing practices, while 75.93% do not, within which 95.19% of the prescriptions do comply with patient data, while in patient data, medication data and prescription data they present 0% compliance with good prescribing practices, referring to good dispensing practices it is complied with in 83.28%, where we observe that 97.17% of the prescriptions are validated, a review of the diagnosis is carried out in 99.16%, in 99.16% the ICD is reviewed, only in 9.35% of the prescriptions the consultation of doubts is carried out, the review of the prescriber's signature is carried out in 99.16% and the stamp in 95.76%. CONCLUTION Regarding good prescribing practices, it is concluded that 100% of prescriptions contain at least one prescription error, and in good dispensing practices, at least 90.65% of dispensed prescriptions contain an error.
