Abstract

La investigación desarrollada partió del siguiente problema ¿Cómo Implementar un sistema de seguridad y salud en el trabajo frente al Covid-19, en la creación y mejoramiento de pistas y veredas en el PPJJ Los Jardines, provincia de Nasca, Ica, 2022?, el objetivo general: Implementar un sistema de seguridad y salud en el trabajo frente al Covid-19, en la creación y mejoramiento de pistas y veredas en el PPJJ Los Jardines, provincia de Nasca, Ica, 2022 y la hipótesis general es: La implementación de un sistema de seguridad y salud en el trabajo frente al Covid-19, en la creación y mejoramiento de pistas y veredas en el PPJJ Los Jardines, disminuirá accidentes y enfermedades laborales, provincia de Nasca, Ica, 2022 El tipo de investigación es básico, el nivel de investigación es cualitativo, el diseño de la investigación es no experimental, la población está conformada por el personal obrero y personal técnico, llegando a ser un total de 20 personales que intervienen en la ejecución de la obra. La implementación de un sistema de seguridad y salud en el trabajo se apoyará en la ley nacional Nº 29783 (ley de seguridad y salud en el trabajo), que tiene como objetivo promover una cultura de prevención de riesgos laborales para evitar daños a la salud, accidentes, discapacidad y muerte de los trabajadores. En este contexto, dado que la empresa no cuenta con un sistema de seguridad y salud en el trabajo, la empresa decidió implementar el SSST, lo que lo hará adaptable a los requerimientos internacionales y la legislación vigente con su implementación obtendrá como beneficios el ahorro de costos al evitar sanciones administrativas (multas) por incumplimiento en materia de SST, otros beneficios que también podría obtenerse tales como mejoras en la productividad del personal, calidad de vida, nivel de satisfacción laboral, imagen empresarial, posicionamiento de mercado, entre otros.The research developed started from the following problem: How to implement a safety and health system at work against Covid-19, in the creation and improvement of tracks and sidewalks in the PPJJ Los Jardines, province of Nasca, Ica, 2022?, the general objective: Implement a system of safety and health at work against Covid-19, in the creation and improvement of tracks and sidewalks in the PPJJ Los Jardines, province of Nasca, Ica, 2022 and the general hypothesis is: The implementation of a system of safety and health at work against Covid-19, in the creation and improvement of tracks and sidewalks in the PPJJ Los Jardines, will reduce accidents and occupational diseases, province of Nasca, Ica, 2022 The type of research is basic, the level of research is qualitative, the research design is nonexperimental, the population is made up of workers and technical personnel, reaching a total of 20 personnel involved in the execution of the investigation. construction site.
