Hostilidad laboral como factor limitante de la productividad de trabajadores agrarios en la región de Ica, años 2023-2024

Abstract

La tesis titulada “HOSTILIDAD LABORAL COMO FACTOR LIMITANTE DE LA PRODUCTIVIDAD DE TRABAJADORES AGRARIOS EN LA REGIÓN DE ICA, AÑOS 2023-2024” tuvo como propósito principal describir porque la hostilidad laboral es un factor limitante de la productividad en trabajadores agrarios en la región de Ica durante los años 2023 al 2024. Para su elaboración, se consideraron los marcos normativos pertinentes, entre ellos: la Constitución Política del Perú de 1993, la Ley N.° 30220, Ley Universitaria, el Estatuto de la Universidad Nacional San Luis Gonzaga (UNICA), el Decreto Legislativo 728 (Ley de Productividad y Competitividad Laboral), así como las Resoluciones Rectorales N.° 029-2021-R (Líneas de Investigación UNICA), N.° 048-2021-R (Reglamento de Grados y Títulos de la UNICA) y N.° 1320-2021-R (Guía para la Elaboración del Proyecto e Informe Final de Tesis). En la fase de recolección de datos se aplicó la técnica de la encuesta, utilizando como instrumentos los cuestionarios sobre el hostilidad laboral y productividad. la hostilidad laboral no constituye un fenómeno aislado, sino un problema sistemático que impacta de manera directa en el desempeño de los trabajadores del sector agrario en la Región Ica, durante el periodo de 2023 – 2024

The thesis entitled "WORKPLACE HOSTILITY AS A FACTOR LIMITING THE PRODUCTIVITY OF AGRICULTURAL WORKERS IN THE ICA REGION, YEARS 2023- 2024" had as its main purpose to describe why workplace hostility is a limiting factor in the productivity of agricultural workers in the Ica region during the years 2023 to 2024. In preparing the thesis, the relevant regulatory frameworks were considered, including: the 1993 Political Constitution of Peru, Law No. 30220, University Law, the Statute of the National University of San Luis Gonzaga (UNICA), Legislative Decree 728 (Law on Labor Productivity and Competitiveness), as well as Rector's Resolutions No. 029-2021-R (UNICA Research Lines), No. 048-2021-R (UNICA Degree and Title Regulations), and No. 1320-2021-R (Guide for the Preparation of the Thesis Project and Final Report). During the data collection phase, a survey technique was applied, using questionnaires on workplace hostility and productivity as instruments. Workplace hostility is not an isolated phenomenon, but rather a systematic problem that directly impacts the performance of agricultural workers in the Ica Region during the period 2023–2024.
