The present study aimed to determine the level of knowledge about warning signs and symptoms in pregnant women treated at the Guadalupe Health Center, Ica, 2023, where the proposed design was non-experimental, applying the questionnaire to a total of 79 pregnant women. The results indicated that the level of knowledge about signs and symptoms in pregnant women showed an 88.60% (fig.20) average level, influenced by the educational level of the patients. This allowed a better identification of risks and the possibility of early intervention. In addition, it was found that 73.40% (fig.18) of pregnant women had an average level of knowledge about warning signs, which increased their ability to react to complications. Knowledge about warning symptoms also reflected an average level of 64.60% (fig.19), which favors an adequate response to critical ailments. It has been concluded that average knowledge about critical signs and symptoms in pregnant women is essential to prevent complications during pregnancy. The ability to identify warning signs is directly linked to the education and understanding obtained in the clinical setting, which reinforces the importance of improving access to relevant information to ensure a timely response.
