Resumen
Objetivo: Controlar la integración del Agora Pay en el ecommerce de la empresa farmacias peruanas. 
Método: la experiencia se enmarca en un estudio del tipo y nivel aplicado, de enfoque cuantitativo, para 
el desarrollo de aplicó un rediseño del proceso de pagos de la empresa farmacias peruanas, previo a 
rediseño se realizó un análisis del proceso en el estado AS-IS, para luego diseñar el proceso TO-BE y 
la integración del Agora Pay en el Ecommerce de la empresa. Resultado: los resultados más importantes 
es que se logró la integración del Agora Pay al proceso, se logró eficazmente la integración. 
Conclusiones: las conclusiones que se obtienen de la experiencia profesional es la importancia de un 
buen rediseño para poder integrar cualquier tecnología, como en el presente estudio el Agora Pay para 
pagos.
