Correlación de la recaudación tributaria con el crecimiento de la economía de la Región Ica y Nacional durante la pandemia COVID-19

Abstract

La recaudación tributaria y el crecimiento económico son aspectos claves para el desarrollo de una región o país. Factores que han sido relevantes durante la pandemia COVID-19, por las medidas de confinamiento y restricciones que afectaron la economía global. Esta exploración tiene como objetivo establecer la correlación entre la recaudación tributaria y el crecimiento de la economía de la Región Ica y nacional durante el contexto de la pandemia COVID-19. Estudio cuantitativo, de nivel correlacional aplicado y diseño longitudinal. Se consiguió data estadística de las plataformas digitales: del INEI, SUNAT y del BCR, entre otras. El procesamiento, análisis e interpretación de data fue digitalizado utilizando el software informático Microsoft Excel, orientados por un plan de tabulación y figuras que relaciono variables e indicadores. Se concluye, que tras la pandemia COVID-19, la recuperación económica a nivel nacional como regional ha sido sólida, con aumento significativo en la recaudación de impuestos. Ica es una región que muestra una relación positiva entre su VAB y su recaudación tributaria. El PBI nacional, a precios constantes de 2007, creció 5.41% entre los años 2018 y 2023, con una variación anual promedio de 1.3594%. Los ingresos tributarios del gobierno central recaudados tuvieron un acumulado de 40.79% y una variación promedio anual del 8.748% para el mismo período.La Región Ica, tuvo un incremento acumulado del VAB de 23.98% con una variación promedio anual del 5.0599%. Sus ingresos tributarios acumularon un crecimiento de 108.85% con una variación promedio anual del 20.106% para el mismo período y condiciones.

Tax collection and economic growth are key aspects for the development of a region or country. Factors that have been relevant during the COVID-19 pandemic, due to the confinement measures and restrictions that affected the global economy. This exploration aims to establish the correlation between tax collection and the growth of the economy of the Ica Region and the national economy during the context of the COVID-19 pandemic. Quantitative study, applied correlational level and longitudinal design. Statistical data was obtained from digital platforms: INEI, SUNAT and BCR, among others. The processing, analysis and interpretation of data was digitized using Microsoft Excel computer software, guided by a tabulation plan and figures that related variables and indicators. It is concluded that after the COVID-19 pandemic, the economic recovery at the national and regional levels has been solid, with a significant increase in tax collection. Ica is a region that shows a positive relationship between its GVA and its tax collection. The national GDP, at constant 2007 prices, grew 5.41% between 2018 and 2023, with an average annual variation of 1.3594%. The central government tax revenues collected had a cumulative 40.79% and an average annual variation of 8.748% for the same period. The Ica Region had a cumulative increase in GVA of 23.98% with an average annual variation of 5.0599%.
