Gestión de cobranza y la recuperación de deuda no tributaria a tercero en la Red Asistencial Ica de EsSalud, 2019-2021

Resumen
El presente trabajo de investigación tuvo como objetivo determinar la relación entre la
gestión de cobranzas y la recuperación de la deuda no tributaria a terceros en la Red
Asistencial Ica de EsSalud, 2019-2021. Su metodología de estudio fue de tipo
correlacional y de diseño no experimental, conformada por una población y muestra de
21 trabajadores. Para la recolección de los datos se usó un cuestionario en la gestión de
cobranzas y recuperación de la deuda, además se aplicó la prueba Rho de Spearman en el
análisis de los datos. En los resultados la edad promedio fue 53.3 años, el 61.9% son del
sexo femenino. Por otro lado, el 47.6% mostraron alta gestión de cobranzas y un nivel
medio en la dimensión proceso de cobranzas (52.4%), reconocimiento de cuentas por
cobrar (61.9%) y estrategias de cobranza (52.4%), asimismo, el 47.6% tuvieron alta
recuperación de la deuda. La gestión de cobranzas (p=0.000; Rho= 0.978), el proceso de
cobranzas (p=0.000; Rho=0.732), el reconocimiento de cuentas por cobrar (p=0.000;
Rho=0.718) y estrategias de cobranzas (p=0.000; Rho=0.739) se relacionan con la
recuperación de la deuda. Se concluye que existe relación entre la gestión de cobranzas y
dimensiones con la recuperación de la deuda no tributaria a terceros, es decir que a mejor
gestión de cobranzas mayor recuperación de la deuda y viceversa
The objective of this research work was to determine the relationship between collection management and the recovery of non-tax debt to third parties in the Red Asistencial Ica de EsSalud, 2019-2021.
