Resumen
Esta tesis abordó el objetivo de establecer la relación entre la gestión del currículo por
competencias y logro del perfil profesional en la Facultad de Ciencias de la Educación y
Humanidades de la Universidad Nacional San Luis Gonzaga, 2022. La metodología fue de
enfoque cuantitativo de tipo básica, el nivel de este estudio fue correlacional. El diseño no
experimental de tipo descriptivo correlacional. La población y la muestra de estudio, en este
trabajo de investigación quedó compuesta por 41 docentes de la Facultad de Ciencias de la
Educación y Humanidades de la Universidad Nacional San Luis Gonzaga, la técnica es la
encuesta. Los instrumentos fueron un cuestionario sobre gestión del currículo por competencias
por otro lado el cuestionario sobre logro del perfil profesional en estudiantes de la Universidad
Nacional San Luis Gonzaga, con sus respectiva confiabilidad y validez.
Se concluye con los hallazgos observados mediante análisis inferencial, existe una relación
significativa entre la gestión del currículo por competencias y el logro del perfil profesional en
la Facultad de Ciencias de la Educación y Humanidades de la Universidad Nacional San Luis
Gonzaga. El coeficiente Rho Spearman obtenido es de 0,672 que indica que a un buen nivel de
gestión del currículo por competencias tendremos mejoras logros en el perfil profesional en los
estudiantes de formación profesional en educación inicial.
The objective of this thesis was to establish the relationship between the management of the curriculum by competencies and the achievement of the professional profile in the Faculty of Education Sciences and Humanities of the San Luis Gonzaga National University, 2022. The methodology was of quantitative approach of basic type, the level of this study was correlational. The non-experimental design was descriptive and correlational. The population and the study sample in this research work was composed of 41 teachers of the Faculty of Education Sciences and Humanities of the Universidad Nacional San Luis Gonzaga, the technique is the survey. The instruments were a questionnaire on competency-based curriculum management and a questionnaire on the achievement of the professional profile in students of the Universidad Nacional San Luis Gonzaga, with their respective reliability and validity. It is concluded with the findings observed through inferential analysis that there is a significant relationship between the management of the curriculum by competencies and the achievement of the professional profile in the Faculty of Education Sciences and Humanities of the San Luis Gonzaga National University. The Rho Spearman coefficient obtained is 0.672, which indicates that at a good level of curriculum management by competencies we will have better achievements in the professional profile in the students of professional training in initial education.
