Resumen
El objetivo de la presente investigación Analizar la actitud de los docentes con la implementación de
una red de telecomunicaciones para el proceso de enseñanza aprendizaje en la Institución Educativa
César Abraham Vallejo, Abancay-Apurímac. El tipo de investigación es aplicado, del diseño
investigación – acción, el método empleado en el estudio en la que se implementó una nueva red de
telecomunicaciones la red implementada se basó en la normativa de cableado estructurado, utilizando
para ello los materiales propios de un cableado estructurado bajo la categoría CAT6. La muestra
estuvo conformada por 15 docentes que hacen uso del laboratorio de cómputo, la muestra se evaluó
mediante un formulario en el portal de educaplay y analizó la actitud de los docentes sobre el nuevo
cableado. Los resultados arrojaron que el conocimiento de los docentes del área de informática cuenta
con un buen conocimiento que está por encima del 80% de respuestas válidas. En cuanto a la conducta
de los docentes, los resultados muestran que existe una actitud positiva muy alta (94.67%) relacionada
con la implementación de la red de telecomunicaciones, resultados que muestran que los docentes
están totalmente de acuerdo y de acuerdo en aspectos relacionados con la actitud, mejora del
aprendizaje, optimismo, motivación y hábitos de uso. El estudio concluye que hay una mayor actitud
de los profesores para el uso del laboratorio de telecomunicaciones.
The objective of this research is to analyze the attitude of teachers with the implementation of a telecommunications network for the teaching-learning process at the César Abraham Vallejo Educational Institution, Abancay-Apurímac. The type of research is applied, of research-action design. The method used in the study in which a new telecommunications network was implemented was based on the regulations of structured cabling, using the materials of a structured cabling under the CAT6 category. The sample consisted of 15 teachers who use the computer lab. The sample was evaluated by means of a form on the educaplay portal and analyzed the teachers' attitude towards the new cabling. The results showed that the teachers' knowledge of the computer area has a good knowledge that is above 80% of valid answers. Regarding teachers' behavior, the results show that there is a very high positive attitude (94.67%) related to the implementation of the telecommunications network, results that show that teachers are in full agreement and agreement in aspects related to attitude, improvement of learning, optimism, motivation and usage habits. The study concludes that there is a greater attitude of teachers for the use of the telecommunications laboratory.
