Resumen
Evaluar la relación que existe entre la Gestión de medicamentos y el Sistema de
Dispensación de Dosis unitaria del Hospital “San Juan de Dios” Pisco, investigación Aplicada,
transversal, correlacional y diseño No experimental, con una muestra de 65 profesionales, al
aplicar el instrumento de investigación, la mayoría contestó casi siempre con el 58.46 % (38) que
en el servicio de farmacia existe la cantidad suficiente de medicamentos, el 53.85 % contestaron
casi siempre que los pacientes están satisfechos con la atención brindada por farmacia, que el
73.85 % (48) contestaron casi siempre, existe coordinación entre las áreas de atención directa y
los químicos Farmacéuticos y el 38.46 %, contestaron a veces, el Químico Farmacéutico se
involucra con el equipo de atención hospitalaria para evaluación del tratamiento, se concluye que
existe una relación directa moderada de la Gestión de medicamentos con 0.676,
significativamente p<0.01, con el Sistema de Dispensación de Dosis Unitaria del Hospital. La
frecuencia de Gestión de medicamentos y de sus dimensiones del personal fue una relación
positiva media, poco significativa del personal de salud, en la dimensión de asequibilidad del
medicamento No hay relación directa, muy débil 0.163, ni significativamente p0.05 con el
Sistema de Dispensación de Dosis Unitaria, la dimensión aceptabilidad del medicamento se
relaciona directa moderada 0.639 y altamente significativa p<0.01 con el Sistema de Dispensación
de Dosis Unitaria del Hospital “San Juan de Dios” - Pisco.
To evaluate the relationship between the Management of medications and the Dispensing System of Unit Dose of the Hospital "San Juan de Dios" Pisco, Applied research, transversal, correlational and non-experimental design, with a sample of 65 professionals, when applying the research instrument, the majority answered almost always with 58.46% (38) that in the pharmacy service there is the sufficient quantity of medications, 53.85% answered almost always that the patients are satisfied with the attention provided by the pharmacy, that 73.85% (48) answered almost always, there is coordination between the areas of direct attention and the Pharmaceutical Chemists and 38.46%, answered sometimes, the Pharmaceutical Chemist gets involved with the hospital care team for treatment evaluation, it is concluded that there is a moderate direct relationship of the Management of medicines with 0.676, significantly p <0.01, with the Unit Dose Dispensing System of the Hospital, The frequency of Management of medications and its staff dimensions was a medium positive relationship, not very significant of health personnel, in the dimension of affordability of the medicine It is not directly related very weakly 0.163, nor significantly p0.05 with the Unit Dose Dispensing System, the dimension acceptability of the medicine is directly related moderately 0.639 and highly significant p<0.01 with the Unit Dose Dispensing System of the Hospital "San Juan de Dios"-Pisco.
