The study aimed to evaluate the impact of nanofertilizers applied via foliar application on improving the productivity and quality of the Superior seedless variety of grapevine (Vitis Vinifera L.) in Santiago-Ica during the 2024–2025 season. The trial was conducted at the 1.0 ha Garayar farm, located in the La Venta Baja sector, in the district of Santiago, province and department of Ica. A completely randomized block design (CRBD) was used with 10 treatments and three replicates. Internal quality (total acidity, °Brix), productivity (Categories A, B, and C yield), visual quality (green, yellow, and yellow-green color), and profitability were evaluated. The results revealed highly significant effects (p < 0.01) on Category A yield and total titratable acidity, demonstrating a restructuring of yield toward commercial sizes and effective modulation of the internal chemical profile. Sugar content and color attributes showed no significant differences, confirming a selective physiological effect that preserves the phenotypic stability and energetic maturity of the fruit. Economically, the Green Power Florimax treatment achieved the highest efficiency with a benefit/cost ratio of $ 6.45 and net income higher than the control. The use of nanofertilizers optimizes the partitioning of assimilates towards export fruits and regulates chemical maturity without altering visual appearance, ensuring a technologically and financially viable strategy for viticulture in the Ica region.
