Abstract
Esta investigación titulada “Relación entre la percepción del currículo de formación y la actitud hacia el ejercicio profesional de los egresados de la escuela académica profesional de Arqueología de la Universidad Nacional “San Luis Gonzaga” de Ica”, tuvo como objetivo general determinar la relación que existe entre la variable percepción del currículo de formación y la actitud hacia el ejercicio profesional de los egresados estudiados. Para ello se utilizó el diseño descriptivo correlacional, no experimental de corte transversal, se trabajó con una muestra de 22 egresados de la EAP de Arqueología, y como instrumento de recolección de datos se empleó un cuestionario y una Escala de actitud, y para la prueba de hipótesis se empleó el coeficiente de correlación de Pearson para datos sin agrupar. Se reporta como resultado que existe una relación positiva alta entre la percepción positiva de la pertinencia del currículo de formación y la satisfacción con la profesión de los egresados; entre la percepción positiva del perfil profesional y la actitud hacia el desempeño profesional de los egresados y entre la percepción positiva del desempeño laboral y la actitud hacia la empleabilidad de los egresados, en cuyos casos, el coeficiente de correlación de Pearson respectivamente fue de r = 0.938 en la hipótesis específica 1, de r = 0.857 en la hipótesis específica 2 y r= 0.898 en la hipótesis específica 3. En conclusión, se confirma la existencia de una relación positiva entre la percepción del currículo de formación y la actitud hacia el ejercicio profesional de los egresados de la Escuela Académico Profesional de Arqueología, de modo que, los que tienen mayor percepción positiva del currículo de formación, tienen también mayor actitud positiva hacia el ejercicio profesional de Arqueología.

This research entitled "Relationship between the perception of the training curriculum and the attitude towards the professional exercise of the graduates of the professional academic school of Archeology of the National University "San Luis Gonzaga" of Ica", had as general objective to determine the relationship that exists between the variable perception of the training curriculum and the attitude towards professional practice of the graduates studied. For this, a descriptive correlational design was used, not an experimental cross-sectional design, we worked with a sample of 22 graduates of the EAP of Archeology, and as a data collection instrument a questionnaire and an Attitude Scale were used, and for the test For hypotheses, the Pearson correlation coefficient was used for ungrouped data. It is reported as a result that there is a high positive relationship between the positive perception of the relevance of the training curriculum and the satisfaction with the profession of the graduates; between the positive perception of the professional profile and the attitude towards the professional performance of the graduates and between the positive perception of the work performance and the attitude towards the employability of the graduates, in which cases, the Pearson correlation coefficient was respectively r = 0.938 in the specific hypothesis 1, r = 0.857 in the specific hypothesis 2 and r = 0.898 in the specific hypothesis 3. In conclusion, the existence of a positive relationship between the perception of the training curriculum and the attitude towards the professional practice of the graduates of the Professional Academic School of Archeology is confirmed, so that those who have a greater positive perception of the training curriculum have also a greater positive attitude towards the professional practice of Archeology.
