Resumen
La investigación desarrollada titulada “Seguridad y salud en el trabajo del área de envasado de la
bodega Don Luis para el bienestar y protección de la salud de los trabajadores del distrito de San Juan
Bautista, Ica, 2022”, partió del siguiente problema ¿Cómo proponer de un sistema de Seguridad y
salud en el trabajo del área de envasado de la bodega Don Luis para el bienestar y protección de la
salud de los trabajadores, distrito de San Juan Bautista, Ica, 2022?, el objetivo general: Proponer de
un sistema de Seguridad y salud en el trabajo del área de envasado de la bodega Don Luis para el
bienestar y protección de la salud de los trabajadores, distrito de San Juan Bautista, Ica, 2022 y la
hipótesis general es: La propuesta de un sistema de Seguridad y salud en el trabajo del área de
envasado de la bodega Don Luis influirá positivamente en el bienestar y protección de la salud de los
trabajadores, distrito de San Juan Bautista, Ica, 2022.
El tipo de investigación es básico, el nivel de investigación es descriptivo, el diseño de la
investigación es no experimental, la población está conformada por el personal del área de envasado
de la bodega Don Luis.
Todos los accidentes que podrían ocurrir en una central de producción y en los diversos procesos que
se llevan a cabo, podrían ocurrir por fallas de diseño o por fallas humanas, las mismas que pueden
causar diversos problemas como pérdidas humanas, detener diferentes procesos en las centrales y así
tener pérdidas de producción, deterioro de los equipos y daños al medio ambiente, Provocando
grandes daños económicos que deben ser evitados.
En este contexto, dado que la empresa vitivinícola no cuenta con un sistema de seguridad y salud en
el trabajo para reducir riesgos ocupacionales, con su implementación se obtendrá como beneficios el
ahorro de costos al evitar sanciones administrativas (multas) por incumplimiento en materia de SST,
otros beneficios que también podría obtenerse tales como mejoras en la productividad del personal,
calidad de vida, nivel de satisfacción laboral, imagen empresarial, posicionamiento de mercado, entre
otros.
The research carried out entitled "Safety and health at work in the packaging area of the Don Luis winery for the well-being and protection of the health of workers in the district of San Juan Bautista, Ica, 2022", started from the following problem: How to propose of a system of Safety and health at work in the packaging area of the Don Luis winery for the well-being and protection of the health of workers, district of San Juan Bautista, Ica, 2022?, the general objective: Propose a system Safety and health at work in the packaging area of the Don Luis winery for the well-being and protection of the health of workers, district of San Juan Bautista, Ica, 2022 and the general hypothesis is: The proposal of a Safety system and health at work in the packaging area of the Don Luis winery will positively influence the well-being and protection of the health of workers, district of San Juan Bautista, Ica, 2022. The type of research is basic, the level of research is descriptive, the research design is nonexperimental, the population is made up of staff from the packaging area of the Don Luis winery. All accidents that could occur in a production plant and in the various processes that are carried out, could occur due to design flaws or human failures, which can cause various problems such as human losses, stopping different processes in the plants and thus have production losses, deterioration of equipment and damage to the environment, causing great economic damage that must be avoided. In this context, since the wine company does not have an occupational health and safety system to reduce occupational risks, with its implementation cost savings will be obtained as benefits by avoiding administrative sanctions (fines) for non-compliance with regard to OSH , other benefits that could also be obtained such as improvements in staff productivity, quality of life, level of job satisfaction, business image, market positioning, among others.
