Resumen
La investigación tuvo por objetivo Diseñar una propuesta de un de plan de Gestión
Municipal para el manejo de residuos sólidos plásticos domiciliarios y sus efectos
ambientales en el Distrito de Parcona-Ica, 2022. Se diseñó una metodología descriptiva
y correlacional, no experimental – transversal y con una muestra de 384 pobladores
quienes fueron seleccionados aleatoriamente, a ellos se les aplicó un cuestionario para
evaluar los efectos ambientales y para los residuos solidos estos fueron hallados
mediante la técnica de la observación. Los resultados mostraron que los RSM que se ha
presentado con mayor cantidad son los residuos sólidos reciclables (15,740 Tn/año),
mientras que los residuos Compostificables presentan (11,507 Tn/año) y residuos
sólidos peligrosos (2,305 Tn/año) con un global (32,368 Tn/año). Por otro lado, se
evidencia que existe un 60,33% con nivel medio de efecto ambiental, 30,47% se
encuentra en nivel de efecto ambiental alto y el 9,20% con nivel bajo de efecto
ambiental. Entonces, existe un posible ingreso de mil ciento sesenta con veintidós
nuevos soles mensualmente. Siendo los componentes de PEAD y PET elementos que
generan mayor cantidad de ingresos. Conclusiones: Existe una relación fuerte (0,786)
estadísticamente significativa (0,003) y la caracterización de los residuos sólidos
influyen en un 62% (0,62) en los efectos ambientales. También existe una relación
fuerte (0,724) estadísticamente significativa (0,001) y la valoración de los residuos
sólidos influyen en un 52% (0,52) en los efectos ambientales.
The research aimed to design a proposal for a Municipal Management Plan for the management of household plastic solid waste and its environmental effects in the District of Parcona-Ica, 2022. A descriptive and correlational, non-experimental – crosssectional methodology was designed and with a sample of 384 inhabitants who were randomly selected, a questionnaire was applied to them to evaluate the environmental effects and for solid residues these were found by the observation technique. The results showed that the MSW that has been presented with the highest amount are recyclable solid waste (15,740 Tn / year), while compostable waste presents (11,507 Tn / year) and hazardous solid waste (2,305 Tn / year) with a global (32,368 Tn / year). On the other hand, it is evident that there is 60.33% with medium level of environmental effect, 30.47% is at high level of environmental effect and 9.20% with low level of environmental effect. So, there is a possible income of one thousand one hundred and sixty with twenty-two nuevos soles monthly. Being the components of HDPE and PET elements that generate the greatest amount of income. Conclusions: There is a strong relationship (0.786) statistically significant (0.003) and the characterization of solid waste influences 62% (0.62) in the environmental effects.
