Intervención educativa farmacéutica en la adherencia terapéutica de pacientes con diabetes mellitus tipo II en el Puesto de Salud de Pachacutec, Ica 2023

Abstract

Determinar el efecto de una intervención educativa farmacéutica en la adherencia terapéutica de pacientes con diabetes mellitus tipo II en el Puesto de Salud de Pachacutec, Ica 2023 METODOLOGÍA Tipo de investigación aplicada, descriptiva, prospectiva de corte transversal, con un diseño preexperimental La población estuvo constituida por todos los pacientes diabéticos del Puesto de Salud de Pachacutec. La muestra determinada fue de 48 pacientes, seleccionados según criterios de inclusión. RESULTADOS Según los resultados obtenidos se observa el efecto positivo de una intervención educativa a pacientes diabéticos del puesto de salud de Pachacutec, encontrando que se mejoró tanto el nivel de conocimiento como la adherencia al tratamiento en un 22,91% y 9% respectivamente. CONCLUSIÓN Se concluye que si existe un efecto positivo en la intervención educativa farmacéutica que se le realizó a pacientes diabéticos atendidos en el Puesto de Salud de Pachacutec.Determine the effect of a pharmaceutical educational intervention on therapeutic adherence of patients with type II diabetes mellitus at the Pachacutec Health Post, Ica 2023. METHODOLOGY Type of applied, descriptive, prospective, cross-sectional research, with a pre-experimental design. The population consisted of all diabetic patients at the Pachacutec Health Post. The determined sample was 48 patients, selected according to inclusion criteria. RESULTS According to the results obtained, the positive effect of an educational intervention for diabetic patients at the Pachacutec health post is observed, finding that both the level of knowledge and adherence to treatment improved by 22,91% and 9% for both cases. CONCLUTION It is concluded that there is a positive effect in the pharmaceutical educational intervention that was carried out on diabetic patients treated at the Pachacutec Health Post.
