Responsabilidad social universitaria y su influencia en la imagen institucional de la Universidad Nacional San Luis Gonzaga, Ica 2023

Abstract

La presente investigación estudió la influencia de la responsabilidad social universitaria en la imagen institucional de la Universidad Nacional San Luis Gonzaga en Ica, en el año 2023. Fue de tipo cuantitativa, de nivel descriptivo – correlacional, método no experimental y diseño transversal, se aplicó como técnica la encuesta y como instrumento el cuestionario. La población fue de 47454 personas de entre 16 y 22 años que radican en la ciudad de Ica; la muestra fue de 381 personas de dichas características, que se obtuvo de un muestreo aleatorio simple, posteriormente ajustado por conveniencia. Los resultados destacan en cuanto a la dimensión educativa de la RSU, que un 43.3% de los encuestados estuvieron muy de acuerdo o de acuerdo con que el desarrollo de la conferencia “Aprendizaje basado en desafíos sociales en el contexto de la RSU” fue el correcto; en cuanto a la dimensión ambiental de la RSU, que un 55.3% de los encuestados estuvieron muy de acuerdo o de acuerdo con que el concurso ambiental “Diseña la mascota institucional ambiental 2023” se dio de la mejor manera; y, en cuanto a la dimensión social, que un 42.7% de los encuestados están muy de acuerdo o de acuerdo con que el desarrollo del evento “Homenaje a la Patria” realizado en el 2023 fue el adecuado. Se concluyó que existe relación positiva directa y alta entre la RSU y la Imagen Institucionad de dicha universidad. This research studied the influence of university social responsibility on the institutional image of the Universidad Nacional San Luis Gonzaga in Ica, in the year 2023. It was quantitative, descriptive-correlational level, non-experimental method and transversal design, it was applied the survey as a technique and the questionnaire as an instrument. The population was 47,454 people between 16 and 22 years old who live in the city of Ica; The sample was 381 people with these characteristics, which was obtained from a simple random sampling, later adjusted for convenience. The results highlight in terms of the educational dimension of the USR, that 43.3% of those surveyed strongly agreed or agreed that the development of the conference “Learning based on social challenges in the context of the USR” was correct; Regarding the environmental dimension of the USR, 55.3% of those surveyed strongly agreed or agreed that the environmental contest “Design the 2023 environmental institutional mascot” went in the best way; and, regarding the social dimension, that 42.7% of those surveyed strongly agree or agree that the development of the “Tribute to the Homeland” event held in 2023 was appropriate. It was concluded that there is a direct and high positive relationship between the USR and the Institutional Image of said university.
