Objective: Determine the relationship between knowledge and attitudes about sexual and reproductive health in adolescents at the Acomayo Health Center, Ica, 2024. Methodology: The approach was quantitative, relational, and the research was cross-sectional, observational, and prospective with a non-experimental correlational design. The sample consisted of 100 adolescents; data collection was carried out using a survey and a questionnaire. SPPS V 26 was used for descriptive analysis; Spearman's Rho was used for inferential statistics. Results: There is a significant correlation between knowledge and attitudes about sexual and reproductive health in adolescents at the Acomayo Health Center, Ica, 2024. (p=0.000, p<0.05 Rho=0.543), There is a positive physiological correlation of reproduction (p=0.000, p<0.05 Rho=0.406), contraceptive methods (p=0.000, p<0.05 Rho=0.550), infections sexually transmitted (p=0.000, p<0.05 Rho=0.377); and attitudes about sexual and reproductive health. Conclusions: There is a direct and significant relationship between knowledge and attitudes about sexual and reproductive health among adolescents at the Acomayo Health Center in Ica, 2024. A direct and significant relationship has been found between reproductive physiology, contraceptive methods, sexually transmitted infections, and attitudes about sexual health. Therefore, as knowledge increases, adolescents' attitudes toward their sexual and reproductive health improve.
