Gestión de Seguridad y Salud en el Trabajo para evitar Riesgos Laborales en la Municipalidad de Túpac Amaru Inca, Pisco, Ica, 2023

Abstract

La investigación desarrollada titulada “Gestión de seguridad y salud en el trabajo para evitar riesgos laborales en la municipalidad de Túpac Amaru Inca, Pisco, Ica, 2023”, partió del siguiente problema ¿De qué manera la gestión de seguridad y salud en el trabajo incide en los riesgos laborales en la municipalidad de Túpac Amaru Inca, Pisco, Ica, 2023?, el objetivo general: Determinar que la gestión de seguridad y salud en el trabajo incide en evitar riesgos laborales en la municipalidad de Túpac Amaru Inca, Pisco, Ica, 2023 y la hipótesis general es: La gestión de seguridad y salud en el trabajo incide significativamente en evitar los riesgos laborales en la municipalidad de Túpac Amaru Inca, Pisco, Ica, 2023. El tipo de investigación es básico, el nivel de investigación es descriptivo, el diseño de la investigación es no experimental, la población está conformada por los trabajadores de la municipalidad de Túpac Amaru Inca, Pisco. La salud y la seguridad en Perú han progresado favorablemente en la última década, debido al fortalecimiento del sistema de inspección laboral y su papel en la vigilancia del cumplimiento de la normativa social y laboral, sobre todo en las actividades críticas.

The research developed titled "Occupational health and safety management to avoid occupational risks in the municipality of Túpac Amaru Inca, Pisco, Ica, 2023", started from the following problem: How to manage occupational health and safety affects occupational risks in the municipality of Túpac Amaru Inca, Pisco, Ica, 2023?, the general objective: Propose that health and safety management at work affects the avoidance of occupational risks in the municipality of Túpac Amaru Inca, Pisco, Ica, 2023 and the general hypothesis is: Occupational health and safety management significantly affects occupational risks in the municipality of Túpac Amaru Inca, Pisco, Ica, 2023. The type of research is basic, the level of research is descriptive, the research design is non-experimental, the population is made up of workers from the municipality of Túpac Amaru Inca, Pisco. Health and safety in Peru have progressed favorably in the last decade, due to the strengthening of the labor inspection system and its role in monitoring compliance with social and labor regulations, especially in critical activities.
