Within the framework of the 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development, this research analyzes the relationship between environmental management and environmental awareness in sanitation project workers in the province of La Mar, Ayacucho 2024. The Spearman correlation coefficient obtained the value 0.936 between the variables, which indicates a very strong and positive relationship, aligned with the General Objective. Regarding the Main Hypothesis, the significance value was obtained (calculated p = 0.000 < tabular p = 0.01), accepting the formulated hypothesis. In conclusion, a high and significant relationship between environmental management and environmental awareness in workers is confirmed.
