Gestión pedagógica y planificación curricular en docentes de una Institución Educativa, Ica 2023

Abstract

Uno de los principales desafíos en la labor docente radica en la necesidad de adaptarse a las diversas necesidades pedagógicas de los estudiantes, lo que implica realizar ajustes al currículo en función de su realidad. No obstante, los múltiples problemas que enfrenta el sistema educativo peruano dificultan considerablemente esta tarea, derivando en un enfoque más administrativo que pedagógico, lo cual desvirtúa su propósito original. Esto contrasta con la tendencia en otros países de Latinoamérica, donde se promueven transformaciones planificadas, siendo fundamental para ello una gestión pedagógica más activa y estructurada. Este estudio tiene como objetivo determinar la relación entre la gestión pedagógica y la planificación curricular en los docentes de una institución educativa, Ica, 2023. La metodología fue cuantitativa del tipo básica. El nivel fue descriptivo. Este estudio posee un diseño no experimental. La población y muestra fueron 51 docentes del nivel primaria y secundaria de la institución educativa N°22346 San Martin de Porras, Ica 2023, muestreo censal. La técnica para la recolección de datos fue la encuesta con un cuestionario sobre la gestión pedagógica y otro sobre la planificación curricular. Finalmente, los hallazgos mostrados mediante estadística descriptiva comprueban que existe relación entre la gestión pedagógica y la planificación curricular en docentes de una institución educativa, Ica 2023. Se concluye que, el coeficiente de correlación Rho Spearman hallado fue de 0,759.

One of the main challenges in teaching lies in the need to adapt to the diverse pedagogical needs of students, which implies making adjustments to the curriculum based on their reality. However, the multiple problems faced by the Peruvian educational system make this task considerably difficult, resulting in a more administrative than pedagogical approach, which distorts its original purpose. This contrasts with the trend in other Latin American countries, where planned transformations are promoted, with more active and structured pedagogical management being essential for this. This study aims to determine the relationship between pedagogical management and curricular planning in teachers of an educational institution, Ica, 2023. The methodology was quantitative of the basic type. The level was descriptive. This study has a non-experimental design. The population and sample were 51 teachers from the primary and secondary level of the educational institution N°22346 San Martin de Porras, Ica 2023, census sampling. The technique for data collection was a survey with a questionnaire on pedagogical management and another on curricular planning. Finally, the findings shown through descriptive statistics prove that there is a relationship between pedagogical management and curricular planning in teachers of an educational institution, Ica 2023. It is concluded that the Rho Spearman correlation coefficient found was 0.759.
