This research aimed to determine the relationship between relationship marketing and customer loyalty at a municipal savings and loan cooperative in Ica, Peru, during the year 2025. The study was conducted using a quantitative, basic research approach with a non-experimental, correlational design and a hypothetical-deductive method. The population consisted of 227,052 clients of the financial institution, from which a sample of 384 clients was selected using simple random probability sampling. Data was collected through a survey using a structured questionnaire with a Likert scale, validated by expert judgment and with reliability determined using Cronbach's alpha coefficient. The inferential results showed a very strong positive correlation between relationship marketing and customer loyalty (Rho = 0.851; p = 0.000), leading to the rejection of the null hypothesis and the acceptance of the research hypothesis. Furthermore, significant relationships were identified between the dimensions of relationship marketing—trust, commitment, and satisfaction—and customer loyalty. It is concluded that relationship marketing significantly influences customer loyalty; therefore, strengthening strategies focused on trust, commitment, and satisfaction is fundamental for consolidating lasting and sustainable relationships in municipal savings and credit institutions. In this sense, strengthening relationship marketing not only contributes to increasing loyalty but also allows municipal savings and credit institutions to consolidate sustainable relationships.
