That is why the present study entitled ‘Community management and its relationship with the participation of parents of the Institución Educativa Inicial N° 69, Santiago, Ica, 2023’, whose main objective is to establish that the two variables are related for the proper functioning of the initial level centre. The methodology used presents a basic study, with a quantitative approach, cross-sectional and correlational and with a non-experimental design. The population, object of the research, consisted of 110 parents of children aged 3, 4 and 5, where the sample of 73 parents was taken at the convenience of the researcher, being non-probabilistic. The technique used was the survey and the validated instrument was the questionnaire and the data were obtained through Spearman's Rho test, with a Cronbach's Alpha for the independent variable of 0.870 and the dependent variable of 0.899, and the kolmogorov-Smirnov goodness-of-fit or normality test was used, since the sample is greater than 50 units of analysis, having a nonparametric distribution. The results showed that a fair level (64.38%) of community management and a high level (56.16%) of parental involvement are perceived. It is concluded that the p-value or significance = 0.000<0.05, with a Spearman correlation = 0.708**, presenting a high positive correlation, therefore the null hypothesis is rejected and the researcher's hypothesis is accepted.
