The study aimed to determine the relationship between knowledge about sexual health and sexual behavior in secondary school students at I.E. Catalina Buendía de Pecho, in the district of San José de Los Molinos, Ica, in 2024. The methodology used was basic, correlational, nonexperimental and quantitative design, with a sample of 186 students selected through stratified probabilistic sampling. For data collection, a survey was used consisting of the Trillo Sexual Health Knowledge Questionnaire and the Abarca Sexual Behavior Questionnaire, both validated by experts and with a reliability of α=0.79 and α=0.81 respectively. The results showed that knowledge about the biological conditions of sexuality was significantly related to sexual behavior (p<0.05), with a strong positive correlation of -.876. Similarly, knowledge about psychological conditions of sexuality showed a significant relationship with sexual behavior (p<0.05), evidencing a moderate negative correlation of -0.391. Likewise, knowledge about the social conditions of sexuality was also significantly related to sexual behavior (p<0.05), with a weak negative correlation of -0.242. In addition, there is a considerable percentage of students with adequate knowledge still present low-risk behaviors (27.4%), while 26.9% present a medium risk and 9.1% low risk. In conclusion, it was found that there is a significant relationship between knowledge about sexual health and students' sexual behaviors.
