Google Workspace for Education en la mejora del sistema educativo virtual en el Instituto de Educación Superior Tecnológico público “AUCARÁ” de Ayacucho

Resumen
Objetivo: Capacitar sobre recursos o herramientas tecnológicas para la educación virtual en el
I.E.S.T. público “Aucará”. Método: El método consistió en la capacitación de docentes y estudiantes
en la plataforma del Google Workspace for Education, el uso de las herramientas más importantes
como Google meet, Drive, Forms, Jamboard en el desarrollo de las clases y las evaluaciones,
intervieron. Participaron del proyecto 23 estudiantes de la carrera de Enfermería Técnica II y 16
estudiantes de la carrera de Producción agropecuaria II. Resultados: se logró capacitar a todos los
docentes de la institución incluyendo la capacitación de la biblioteca virtual con Google meet, los
estudiantes obtuvieron en promedio notas mayores a 14 y por encima de 17, los promedios de notas
más altos lo obtuvieron los estudiantes del sexo femenino para ambas carreras técnicas.
Conclusiones: se ha demostrado en el proyecto la eficacia de la plataforma para el dictado de clases
virtuales, sin que se haya afectado la calidad de estas, el docente siempre ha tenido el control de las
clases y los estudiantes han podido desarrollar capacidades de aprendizaje colaborativo.
Objective: To train on technological resources or tools for virtual education in the public I.E.S.T. "Aucará". Method: The method consisted of training teachers and students in the Google Workspace for Education platform, the use of the most important tools such as Google meet, Drive, Forms, Jamboard in the development of classes and evaluations, intervened. Twenty-three students from the Technical Nursing II course and 16 students from the Agricultural Production II course participated in the project. Results: all the teachers of the institution were trained, including the training of the virtual library with Google meet, the students obtained an average of grades higher than 14 and above 17; the highest-grade averages were obtained by female students in both technical careers. Conclusions: The project has demonstrated the effectiveness of the platform for the delivery of virtual classes, without affecting the quality of these, the teacher has always had control of the classes and students have been able to develop collaborative learning skills.
