Participación ciudadana en la gestión de riesgos de desastres para fortalecer la resiliencia comunitaria en la Municipalidad del Distrito de La Tinguiña, Provincia de Ica

Resumen
Objetivo: “Identificar el impacto que tiene la participación ciudadana en la gestión de riesgos de
desastres para fortalecer la resiliencia comunitaria en la Municipalidad del Distrito de La
Tinguiña, Provincia de Ica, 2023”. Metodología: Tipo y nivel descriptivo; diseño no
experimental. Muestra: 62 pobladores del C.P. de Chanchajalla. Instrumento: La observación y
la encuesta Resultados: Se realizó un diagnóstico del Centro Poblado, identificándose que es más
afectado por huaycos y lluvias en las épocas de verano. Conclusiones: Del ítem: “Conocimiento,
educación y resiliencia sobre riesgos de desastres”, el 61,29% de los encuestados tienen
conocimiento de los principales “riesgos de desastres” que hay en el Centro Poblado de
Chanchajalla, el 54,38% de los participantes no está seguro (a) si el municipio cuenta con “mapas
de riesgos”, asimismo, el 50,0% de los entrevistados no está seguro (a) si el municipio ha
identificado las” zonas vulnerables”, el 43,54% de los entrevistados señalan que se aplica algunas
veces la “resiliencia” en proyectos de “riesgos de desastres” y el 48,88% de los entrevistados
responden que no ha recibido incentivos para incrementar la “resiliencia” en su centro poblado.
Del ítem: “Participación en la gestión de riesgos”, el 46,77% de los participantes señalan que
algunas veces, ha estado involucrado en un grupo o comité local para la “gestión de riesgos de
desastres”, el 38,70% de los entrevistados considera que su nivel de participación en la “gestión
de riesgos de desastres” es baja, asimismo el 58,06% de los participantes indican que su
motivación es por la preocupación de la seguridad de la comunidad. Del ítem: “Opiniones y
sugerencias”, el 35,48% de los participantes indican que la Municipalidad debe realizar más
campañas de sensibilización, el 38,70% de los entrevistados indican que no comparten
información de “resiliencia comunitaria” con comunidades vecinas y el 32,25% de los
entrevistados indican que la comunicación entre las autoridades y los pobladores es mala.
